Sales assistant was very helpful...the only thing bad was when we had a query the next day was trying to contact anybody .I rang at 10 and pressed the button for a callback which did not get back to me till 11.50 which I thought was terrible. crap customer service . Can't contact store direct which is bad.

John the salesman was great took us round the shop showed us different suits and advised us on our best options for what we needed and we got exactly what we were after John is a great asset to your company

From entering the shop there was no hard sell. We looked around the ground floor, then asked.if we could use the lift to go to the upper floors. The salesman was brilliant. Nothing was a bother to him. I learned his name was john. He gave advice when asked. He actually guided us to the sofa, which we did buy. I was very pleased with the service that was given. I would give this company five plus stars our experience from entering the store tio receiving my order was excellent. Staff in Sunderland store were helpful and very knowledgeable very friendly staff who are credit to your company. We were kept informed as soon as delivery was ready with plenty texts and emails informing what would happen. On day of delivery tracking system was spot on . Dave and Steve contacted us and informed us how long they would . Both Steve and Dave were helpful and very friendly disposing of all the packaging. They were careful in getting delivery safe into the house. Again both gentlemen are a credit to your company and give it an excellent name for caring for your customers. Would definitely use you again and would recommend SCS to my friends and family. Excellent service and care. Also prices are really reasonable and furniture good quality
