Excellent service. We were unsure what sofa we wanted when we first went in-store but got expert help & advice from John. His outstanding knowledge helped us choose the right sofa for us.
The rest of the staff were also very helpful and engaging and didn't make us feel like we were getting pushed into buying anything.
We would definitely recommend a visit.

Our delivery this morning went brilliantly Bobby and Kai were great. We received a message informing us of an expected time of arrival which was spot on. Both Bobby and Kai were very professional and pleasant they represented the firm very well and would be an asset to any employer. We took delivery of our new sofa which was packed and boxed for protection Bobby gave us a demonstration of how to open and close the ottoman and set up the beds and explained we had 14 days to check for any faults or defects.Kai took away all the packaging they didn’t hang around and were soon on the road to the next delivery. We had a great experience. Thank you SCS delivery team.👍

I visited your sunderland store last week and was extremely happy with the service I received. I had previously visited a few stores at Silverlink including your store there.The stores all gave good service,but the staff at your sunderland store made me feel relaxed and comfortable. John served me he talked about the fabrics which would be suitable for my lifestyle,because we have two small dogs ,He moved around cushions and rugs to show me how my sofa would look .basically he had the patience of a saint .It was lovely to have the kind of personal service that unfortunately nowadays rarely exists.He found me a sofa that was perfect for me .I will definitely recommend your sunderland store to family and friends

I had very good experience from sales staff and delivery from Sunderland store. Staff at store were very helpful. The delivery staff had a particularly difficult delivery large sofas, lift and corridors which they completed with out any damage 5 star plus 2 great guys.8

The guys that delivered the goods were really helpful and full of chat excellent service

The 3 piece was not due into the warehouse until the 12/12/24 and we were told we would get an Email upon delivery to warehouse.
This was not the case i recieved Email today saying it will be delivered today.i called in the shop to get delivery cancelled due to still having the other 3piece to move out.

The Delivery men told my partner direct that it was getting delivered within 5minutes and that they would NOT be taking it back to the warehouse. This is absolutely shocking customer service from such a reputable company.
I know thereview is pointless because it wont change the fact that we are now stuck with 2 3pieces in the house absolutely disgusting

I have 2 orders with you 1 Sofa and chair and a later order for another chair. I've just received your request for feedback asking am I enjoying sitting on the new Sofa etc. I HAVE NOT RECEIVED ANYTHING

I am currently watching on the Scs app my sofa being delivered to my old address . Despite going into the the shop because there was no way to get in touch with them to inform them that the deliveries address was wrong . They assured me that the sofa would indeed be delivered to my new address . On there system my new address was there as I had changed it a fee weeks ago but in there words it hadn't " migrated " to the delivery system . I have no way of advising the delivery crew of this and apparently there is a 125 minute wait to speak to some one at there Sunderland call centre . So so mad .

Very friendly and helpful staff

I am disappointed with the service I received from SCS sofa, I was misled with information and apparently because of the sofa not being able to fit through the door I now have to pay for dismantling, it's an error from the stores salesman but no one is willing to help. I would not recommend anyone purchasing from SCS, and I think DFS were much more better. Please don't purchase from them as they don't care about the customer or what they go through. They had left me with no sofa and I've had two surgeries also going through stress now I have to go through this. I also am a cancer patient so to make me go through this stress is really truthfully disgusting.

Friendly and efficient delivery men. They unpacked my furniture and set it up where I wanted it without a problem.

Assistant manager who dealt with us was super friendly and efficent in taking our order.

I had my delivery on Thursday 21st Nov 2024. The delivery men were Bobby and Kai. Both very polite and very helpful, credit to SCS.
