Received my sofas today
Received my sofas today, delivered by Bobby and Kai. Both men went above and beyond with there 7.30am delivery. Ensuring the carpets where kept clean by laying down some sheets and checking they had the right sofas and foot stool, all where different colours so extra confusing! They set up the sofas and added the legs, plus pumping up the cushions and explaining to me the after care. Very pleased with the service i received, thanks guys.

Brilliant
Both Jimmy&Craig were amazing when delivering our sofa. They were on time, brilliant with getting the sofa in after recently decorating. They were fab with my two young children and I honestly hope they get the recognition they deserve for being two amazing lovely guys.

Knowledgeable and friendly
Can’t remember name of person who showed us around definitely had knowledge on the products and different types of materials he was selling and very honest we did end up buying a sofa and even discount further due to imperfections . He was very approachable and friendly when we came into store . Even explained prices and information on our expected delivery.

Brilliant service
I had a 3 Seater, 2 Seater and Stool delivered by Mick + Goffy. They were brilliant, both really friendly and got the new furniture in a really tricky house safely and in good time. They were on time and called 10 minutes before arrival for a final availability check.

Alex and Paul were on time. Gave updated time of arrival and were really helpful.
SCS were amazing helpful with the purchase of the sofa. Daniel in customer service in Particular - I had to speak to him a few times to resolve an issue, which was resolved really quickly thanks to his help.

Just after 7 this morning
Just after 7 this morning, Jake & James, your delivery personnel arrived and delivered the 2 sofas we had ordered, they were polite and cheerful, they carefully brought the sofas in through the garage, through the conservatory and into the sitting room, unwrapped and made sure that everything was ok, all within about 15 minutes.

Worst company ever
Worst company ever. Ordered a sofa early April.had in total 3 different delivery dates all being cancelled. Delays after delays. Asked for a manager call back twice still waiting. Company is awful and have no respect for customers
