My wife and I visited the SCS store in Swansea on two occasions before ordering a pair of sofas. At no time did we feel any pressure to buy, but were given great advice on the options available to us.
The sofas were delivered a couple of days ago, and the delivery guys (Russell and Simon) were efficient, friendly and helpful.
All in all, a very good experience.

I had a large, heavy (!!!) sofa delivered today by Dai and Scott, true gentlemen and made every effort to help ensure our sofa made it up the outside stairs. These chaps have strong legs :)

Dai and Scott really did go above and beyond to deliver and fit this HUGE sofa. They were both polite, friendly, kind and hard working.

They should, however, have been informed about the stairs ahead of delivery and ideally, the sofa ordered should not be sold to customers with stairs in the future as it is just too heavy.

Despite this, these guys put themselves out to get the sofa into our property and we are beyond grateful. Please give them a bonus! Thankyou

The assistant that I delt with ( Andrew,at your Swansea branch) was excellent.He did not push for a sale,he was friendly, knew what he was talking about,so all in all very good.Just hope now that I will receive the suite without no problems.Thank you Andrew,keep up the good work

Had good service from the deliverly crew kept us up to date with timings through out the day pleasant boys we did have a delay in our order which should have been with us 3rd january but did not have it until 28th january which was frustrating due cloth we are told by the company otherwise happy with the quailty of the furniture

Every thing I needed from no receipts and no warranty paperwork phoned customer service a few times went to the shop no joy. So at the moment I would not recommend scs for anything

Entering the Swansea store, it was spacious, well thought out and the layout was appealing. The central hub where all the staff were waiting felt a little uncomfortable, as if they were all watching you.

Jon, who served us was brilliant, his knowledge and approach was just perfect. His patience with us whilst we continually changed our minds on the style and colour must have been frustrating for him, but he didn't show that in any way. He remained professional and caring. A big thank you to Jon, and we look forward to our new Italian sofas.

John and Dave were my delivery driver today and they were amazing!! They had a really difficult job getting the sofa in but they managed it and stayed a bit longer than they should have ( sorry! ) lovely polite friendly guys. Thank you so so much!!
