Still haven’t received my email regarding my purchased sofa

I ordered a reclining chair on 9th February, I still don't have the chair which I need as I have to elevate my legs. I have been fobbed off every time I rang the store in Swansea. Today they told me I wouldn't have it until at least Mid June. This is unacceptable since I was not informed of this when I purchased it. Very disappointed and would not purchase from SCS again.

Sofa well made, courteous and friendly delivery only issue would be the 12 week wait. However I believe that’s about the norm. The high price reflected the quality. Very happy with purchase.

Settee delivered and installed on time then it went down hill from there lead to short had to go to shop to collect extension lead then after 24 hrs one of the seats had started to sag contacted the shop told to contact after care who told me to fill online form out and attach photos . Now got engineer coming out 3/6/26 very disappointed very poor service

We were greeted by Andy when we went in .. and he stayed with us us the whole time .. advising us on different key features of the sofas we were interested in .. no pressure to buy just friendly advice . Our experience was very positive hence we felt comfortable in the purchase we made .. well done Andy

Great experience buying our sofa. Jon was really welcoming. Explained how the store was laid out and all the options available to us, so we didn’t miss any potential options. We were left to wander around and when we need to ask questions Jon was more than happy to help. Amazing customer service!

**Update to Company Response**
The colour and fabric is completely different to what we ordered from your show room, we've told you that on two separate occasion, once receiving the order confirmation and were told not to worry and just ignore it, the correct colour and fabric would arrive.

I honestly cannot believe you've had the nerve to respond with what you have, I'm literally lost words.

It just gets worse, trying to point the finger of blame towards us.

I suggest you stop making matters worse in a public forum.

Lucky to get one star!

Waited 3 months for sofa to arrive and it's the wrong colour even though we told them the invoice had the wrong colour listed.

When you finally get through to their customer service team they are awful.

If you're looking for a new settee go elsewhere, they awful and don't care which makes matters worse, asked to speak to a manager the agent hung up.

When we walked into the shop the staff were very welcoming, i also found them very polite and very helpful,
