**Update to Company Response**
The colour and fabric is completely different to what we ordered from your show room, we've told you that on two separate occasion, once receiving the order confirmation and were told not to worry and just ignore it, the correct colour and fabric would arrive.

I honestly cannot believe you've had the nerve to respond with what you have, I'm literally lost words.

It just gets worse, trying to point the finger of blame towards us.

I suggest you stop making matters worse in a public forum.

Lucky to get one star!

Waited 3 months for sofa to arrive and it's the wrong colour even though we told them the invoice had the wrong colour listed.

When you finally get through to their customer service team they are awful.

If you're looking for a new settee go elsewhere, they awful and don't care which makes matters worse, asked to speak to a manager the agent hung up.

When we walked into the shop the staff were very welcoming, i also found them very polite and very helpful,

Great service

We visited the Swansea store on 29 December 2025 looking for a new 2 and 3 seater to replace our old ones. The staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy; they gave us plenty of time to look around and try out different sofas. Jonathan helped us with everything and gave us all the info we needed. We knew that delivery could take a while as they are generally made to order, and we were given an estimated date of 27 March 2026, just under 3 months.

We had a text message mid-March confirming the date, which was the same as first advised. That date was no longer convenient for us so I phoned to rearrange and it was no problem, we rebooked for 30 March.

Early morning I received an email with a estimated 35 minute window for delivery and a link to track the van. Later in the day they phoned to say they would be 15-30 minutes, which they were.

Getting the sofa parts in the house was a bit tricky but they did it, and they set everything up and made sure the power recliners were working. They checked I was happy with everything before they left.

The sofas are really comfortable, exactly as they were in the showroom, and the fabric is even nicer than I remembered.

I was a bit worried because after ordering, I saw quite a few negative reviews. Fortunately I'm really happy with the service, updates and the sofas. It's early days, but no issues so far!

Shocking customer service from both ends, bought a chair in January waited 8 weeks to be delivered which is fair enough, but for the chair to arrive in poor condition the padding was no where near as what it was in store( needed a firm chair) been to the store on many occasions to have this problem resolved to be told by staff there is nothing they can do and to be told that we had to fill out a form online. Getting a response from poltronesofa saying that “ This kind of change in the material is normal when the furniture is in use as there is pressure applied” barring in my it was 2 days old and meant to be a firm chair. Still trying to get it resolved and they keep passing the buck back forth between scs and poltronesofa, sure one of them are responsible? The help we have received has been absolutely shocking and seems nothing can be done about it!

We were given a projected delivery time when we first bought our suite and it was delivered on time today. Excellent service

Good communication regarding delivery.
Delivery men rang to ask if it was convenient to deliver early ,then gave us a time . They were exactly on time. Polite and friendly ,they wiped their feet at the door and brought in and unpacked the chair ,then put it in place and made sure I was happy with it before asking me to sign the delivery note.
They also took all the packaging away with their.
