Notified expected time of delivery. Arrived early. Took no time installing. Very polite delivery team. Fantastic service.

The delivery crew, Andrew and Huw arrived during the time frame of which we were notified. Within 20 minutes the furniture had been unloaded, carried into our flat, and assembled with no fuss and leaving no mess. We were extremely pleased with everything. I could not fault a single thing about the entire process, from initial purchase to installation. Andrew and Huw themselves were efficient, competent and friendly. First class.

The two gents (Russell & John? ) that delivered our suite were really lovely, friendly, chatty, & very professional…what a change from the service you normally get these days -well done lads!!

Men that delivered my sofa were polite and friendly nice chaps

Arrived on time, 2 very pleasant and polite lads delivering our new 3 piece suite on behalf of SCS Sofas. 2 experienced gents delivered and setup and tested it all very efficiently.

We purchased a 3 seater and a reclining 2 seater suite. On day of delivery the 2 delivery men were unable to get the 2 seater into our home. It wasn't too large as they already had the 3 seater in the house. It was too heavy for them. They dropped it off the van. Fortunately a neighbour was on hand to assist with the delivery. There was some assembly required for the the recliner. When finished it looked wrong. The framework was clearly visible on the underneath and the sofa feels like it is going to split in half. You can clearly see daylight through the centre of the sofa. We reported the problem and they sent an assessor to come and view the sofa. He made a report and said someone would be in touch with a resolution. This was end of October. on the 21st November I called their customer service team who apologised but promised to chase up. I was asked to Whats App photos to them and was told to expect a call back by 26th November. 2 weeks later I have still not received a call back. I did not want to leave a negative review because I understand things can go wrong but when I have to continually chase (2 visits to local store, visit from assessor, 2 x chase ups) and still no response, I feel it necessary to inform any prospective customers to think twice before purchasing from SCS if customer service is important to you.

Sofa was bought in shop I phoned when I got home to question size but was told to ignore dimensions on the internet and it would fit. Sofa arrived today and wouldn’t fit, I asked to exchange for another one but with no success. If I had bought on-line I could exchange. What am I to do with a sofa that doesn’t fit??

The delivery date was quicker than expected and was kept upto date every step of the way in the delivery date. The 2 that delivered my sofa were really lovely had a laugh and a joke and even made a fuss if my dog and grandson. Put my sofas where I wanted and even took the rubbish

From shopping in store where everyone was really helpful, to answering queries via phone SCS was great.
The delivery was great too. They put protection on the floor and worked quickly and took all the rubbish with them.

Dave and Lee phoned to say they would deliver in an hour's time. They arrived before that and quickly and efficiently fitted our furniture with care. Very friendly, efficient left no mess. Very pleasing experience. Well done boys 👍

Delivered within the timeframe, very careful and installed with the minimum of fuss. Also very cheerful.

Unfortunately, my initial experience was disappointing, the sofa arrived soaking wet with dirty water, and the delivery team left quite a mess in my home, with no care taken to protect my floors or carpet. 1/5 for delivery.

An inspection was arranged, and I was surprised to find that the person who turned up was only there to clean it. My main concern was the risk of mould contamination, so I had expected a proper assessment, not just a surface clean.

That said, the after-sales support from ScS was excellent. They responded quickly, didn’t try to avoid responsibility, and offered a replacement sofa without any pressure or pushback. While the delivery let the experience down, the way the issue was handled afterwards was very professional — hence the 4 stars.

I also want to mention how helpful the salesman was when we first visited the store (unfortunately I don't remember his name). He was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy at all — 5/5 for the sales experience.

I love the sofa and only wish the delivery experience had matched the quality of the product. Thanks to the way ScS handled things, I would be a return customer and just hope lessons have been learned to avoid this happening again.

Staff is rude after the purchase, very rude to inform delivery status non helpful and moreover, it was staff mistake and gave us wrong item and then even after staff agreed it was his mistake and he had misunderstood still got no change in furniture and at the time of purchase even he sent all documents to wrong email address. Such a terrible experience with them. Regret to purchase furniture from them.

Although it seemed a long time from ordering to receiving my sofa, I wasnt disappointed when it got here. Sales staff are very friendly and helpful.
My house is rather inaccessible but the team delivered my sofa without complaint. Speedy, efficient service. Thank you

I purchased a sofa almost 2 years ago from scs swansea. I was advised at the time to take insurance and this would cover all accidents and defects. I called scs last week who sent a technician and he confirmed the cushion was not right (it’s flat with no cushioning) not the same as the others and admitted this was a defect!! The cushion is almost flat with nobody sitting on it as opposed to the others which is good! They now tell me it’s perfectly fine and won’t change it! Save the money don’t buy insurance even better don’t go to scs

Scs is a very reliable company. When we bought our sofa at their store, we were given the delivery date. They kept giving us real time information about the delivery. On the delivery date, the sofa couldn't enter through the door as it was wider than the door. They were so professional and gave us some helpful hints on how to move it in. They contacted their manager and another date was arranged for the delivery so that the sofa could be detached for it to gain free access to the living room. Now our sofa has been delivered and it was well handled by the delivery guys. I give SCS a huge thumbs 👍 for their professionalism and empathy. Thank you so much

Great experience end to end, in the showroom with comprehensive explanation of the product and finance options, keeping me updated on progress/delivery details and finally from the delivery team themselves who got the sofa in and set up really efficiently, a great pair of lads.
