As soon as my wife and I walked we weee greeted by a very friendly polite young lady called Rahima who made us feel very welcome. We looked around and Rahima asked us if there was anything we wanted in particular and my wife explained and within seconds we were looking at the sofa she recommended. We both loved it and then Rahima went through all the materials and colours we could have after she had made us a lovely coffee. We were both impressed by Rahimas professionalism and product knowledge and ended up buying the sofa we wanted.
Rahima is a credit to the company and can’t praise her enough as she made our experience truly memorable.

The guys who delivered were pleasant and courteous and worked with high efficiency. Great efforts made to be swift and effective but also tidy rubbish away as they worked and through to completion. Also knowledgeable on everything asked.

We first visited the store on 26/4/26 & were greeted by warm & friendly staff & had a lovely coffee. We were able to browse at our leisure but they were there to answer any questions we had. Start to finish young lad at Telford he was only 20 so polite and knowledgeable we also met the Manager who was lovely too went in for a certain suite but found another more comfy , having it customised .

Gave me time and space to browse the range of sofas and was available when I asked for more detail. Lovely collection of products to suit my budget. Both my son and I bought very different products and were very happy with the customer service.

We were looking for a new chair to go with our current furniture. We intended to look at all stores in that area. We were greeted by Resham who explained the choices of chairs, fabrics and colours. He was not pushy showed great knowledge and was informative. We were then left to look around the store alone. We found something we liked a lot, was comfortable and at this stage asked Resham for guidance. He then got the relevant swatches for the fabrics and colours we liked. We were advised to take another look around to see if there were any colours and fabrics we liked on the store stock. He made a coffee for us both and left us to it again. We then had another wander to confirm the colours and fabrics we wanted. We decided not to go anywhere else due to Resham. He took our order, explained the process and we left the store very happy and we are looking forward to our new chair being delivered.

we went into your Telford store on Saturday 25th April and we're greeted by a lovely man who's name I have forgotten. He listened to what I was looking for show us different chairs and then left us to decide. he wrote the details down and we went home to discuss went back 2 hours later and brought the chair he recommended very quick process all staff were friendly very positive experience from start to finish looking forward to my new chair arriving hopefully end of July. 😊

A bit worried I paid £110 more as sale price didn't come off, didn't like to go back into store as a few miles away, plus I'd of thought the computer would of auto done.🙄

Staff member and manager really friendly, left us to browse but there when required, explained all about colours and materials we could have and the delivery process, added bonus of a carton of cold water which was well received

An absolute joke of a store and the staff just tell you what you want to hear.
We told the staff over and over our house was small, the doors are small but we was told this is not a problem.
It was a problem, no chance of the sofa getting in.
This is after the delivery was delayed twice! Costing me time off work.
The shop assistant told us over and over it would come In small parts and be put together at the house. That was a lie, the delivery staff told us so.
The staff member on the phone at time of delivery said the package could come off to make it smaller to hopefully get the sofa In, but any damage would be our fault!
We have sent the sofa back and will expect a full refund! DFS it is. They may have faults but they have never lied to out faces.
Avoid these clowns.
