From ordering to delivery SCS have been great, the in store experience was friendly and efficient, the staff were very informative. The delivery team were brilliant, they were friendly and very careful when delivering the sofa, they took all packaging away and set up the sofa. I am very impressed with the whole process and very happy with the sofa we ordered

Rahima is an absolute asset to this store, shes brilliant! She is very knowledgeable and she gives you time to look it over and decide which we loved. She also has a lot of patience and has a lot of time for her customers. We are very happy with our purchase!

We were sofa looking today just to get an idea of what we wanted with no real intention of making a purchase,
We had popped into one sofa company but nothing really appealed.
Then we came into scs the store was spacious and felt comfortable, we were greeted by Resham who was very polite and gave us a quick talk about the shop he said enjoy your visit and take your time looking around and left us to it.

There was so much choice in sofas and material we came across a sofa and cuddle chair we both liked we needed help Resham was on hand to show us different materials and colours we could have.

We felt very comfortable with Resham he was so helpful and spent time with us without being pushy and overselling with Reshams help we decided to make a purchase which we know we will enjoy.

We have bought a new £2k leather settee from ScS however I will say that the sales understanding of the construction and materials used was really poor and they were unable to answer a lot of my questions. The industry recommend a foam density of 30 that will last 5to 7 years . I was told that it was sprung and good quality foam however after sending various emails I had a simple response saying it was a mixture of 24 28 and 30 . I then asked via email where the 30 was as if this wasn’t the seat foam then I would be concerned . 3 emails later and still no response even though I had asked for a quick response before 2 weeks and therefore my rights to cancel. If my wife didn’t like the sofa that much I would of cancelled it as I do have concerns that we will get 10years life out of the foam and therefore comfort that is different to what the sales man had indicated . I’m not that impressed by scs customer care and certain the lack of basic sales info that they should have . Therefore just be aware as suspect all the settee are made of the same low density foam that won’t give you the life that you may be hoping for .

Faheem at the Telford store couldn’t have been anymore brilliant. Listened to our wants and needs and helped us rather than making sure he sold us a particular sofa. We’ve walked away ordering the sofa we liked in the store and in the colour my wife and I both liked. We couldn’t be happier and that’s in large thanks to Faheem. His personality and listening skills are a perfect fit. I’m not buying he really thought my wife was 20 years younger but it gave me a good chuckle! We dreaded the whole salesman experience before we walked in but we left happy as his approach was much more relaxing and made us want to buy a sofa that much more.

My partner and I popped into a SCS Telford branch today and received exceptional customer service from Resham.

We weren't sure what we wanted and were given clear helpful and unpressured advice. We ended up purchasing a 3 seater sofa we loved and the purchase process was seamless with Resham.

We are very happy with the purchase and experience.

Rahima and SCS are outstanding. Came in to see if there was possibly something for a person with back support and shown several wonderful different options, even though I had come in for my son to order his! So kind considerate and thoughtful for all my requirements and ofcourse placed an order! All options of 192 colours available! Thanks to Rahima for options on finance to suit me. Free delivery option and booking an appointment is definitely for me and it’s new showroom is worth the visit

I went in over the weekend with my son to pick out some new sofas for our living room. Rahima kindly welcomed us into the store and went through all customisation options and gave us some time to decide. She was professional and not pushy whatsoever. She is a brilliant salesperson and hope others were like her. If anyone needs a sofa, go to SCS Telford and ask for Rahima - will not be disappointed🙂

From start to finish, Rahima made our journey so easy and pleasant from friendliness, knowledge and professionalism. She welcomed us into the store over the weekend and gave us the information about colour choices and different version to each sofa. She allowed us to have plenty of times walking around the store to find the perfect ones we wanted and then went through with the sale professionally. I had to go measure a few things at home due to access and she allowed me to do so and even answered further questions over the phone. Finalised the sale a couple of days after, was offered the extended warranty and given all the facts. She was very knowledgeable and easy to talk and explain things too. I was also offered a drink multiple times on all my visits and made sure any of questions weren’t left unanswered. A credit to the team at SCS Telford and a brilliant salesperson, not pushy but helpful and understanding. Someone who others can pick up from within the team, Rahima; thank you again for your wonderful service, keep at it. Would give a million stars if possible :)

I had my replacement sofa delivered April 2025 I have issues with it due to manufacturers fault where the stitching doesn't line up on the cushions also the frame constantly creek's the sofa looks as old as 10 years due to poor quality SCS has send DALE from Amniera out to repair and inspect yet this company is awful I also have insurance on sofa which should of been amended when my new sofa arrived which scs has failed to do the insurance co is castelan group scs has failed to inform the insurance company that the sofa was replaced so new sofa not covered so my insurance is now void due to scs not informing them for 4 months Claire from scs also said management will contact me within there final response by 18/08/25 they will send a technician to tighten springs but no manufacturer fault( the technician has been to inspect previous and has said nothing wrong so be warned about ammiera I have also asked for a independent review but they have refused and also I'm disabled with spinal cord issues and haven't been able to enjoy my sofa all the points I've pointed out to them they have not looked at it in full detail first a manager was going to look through it but they emailed to say he won't be so they no they cover up there wrong doings so be very careful when purchasing from SCS I've also had a response from scs as you see below they say take it up with the ombudsman which I will as they have failed to notify the insurance company of the change in policy so my insurance which I pay for is void ( Failing to notify insurance company is a offence so my next step is ombudsman which looks good for myself & who knows will keep you all updated so do your research when thinking of purchasing a sofa from SCS.also still waiting for manager to get back to me as customer service say his decision stands and he won't be phoning my next step is to stop payment through finance company as citizens advice says I'm within my rights and also take them to small claims as I've enough evidence ombudsman say the same

dont touch them , save your hard earned money and spend it with a company who cares about its customers. No after sales service, and third rate furniture , dire quality.Have just received a response from SCS suggesting I contact them, What a waste of their time and mine,Been there, had the Emeriea technician. Been to the ombudsman, their all in it together. Just save your money and go elsewhere. Our suite is two years old. Been fighting them for 12 months, framework dropping to one side, leather covering coming off, and they call it wear and tear. WHAT A JOKE

Delivery men Paul and Kevin were excellent. Very respectful of our property and made sure everything was working ok before they left. This was replacement sofas as original were not what we ordered but it was dealt with and swapped with no hassle. Having seen some reviews we were concerned but thankfully there was no need. Just hope the sofas last🤞 thanks again to Paul and Kevin👍

Wrong colour sofa delivered and scs Telford are saying that's the colour we ordered and won't do nothing about it. Contacted scs direct and they still won't help us. Delivery guys told us to.keep the sofa and this will.be sorted out but shock nobody wants to help... absolute joke of a company so we have ended up.with the wrong sofa which we are now having to pay for.. absolutely disgusted with how scs have treated us and will never buy from them again they just want your money and are not willing to help in any way at all avoid this company I hope this review helps others

This is just an automatic response/ reply it's exactly the same response as before joke off a company you won't/ couldn't help us before and told us to go into store which we did and they wouldn't help us either the manager obviously isn't going to hold his hands up and admit that he's made a mistake is he.... no.... he just passed the blame over to us joke off a company...

Ordered at the beginning of February for a delivery at the beginning of April, after months of delays sofa turned up today. They had failed to arrange collection of the loan furniture that they had given us so wouldn’t deliver our sofa!
Customer service centre is closed and the branch is closed for a refurbishment.
No communication from the company and no way to contact. Terrible service, would avoid.

Sofa was finally delivered on the 18th of July, happy with the sofa. Shame the communication and timescale were poor.

You did everything as promised

From sales to delivery the service was spot on to my expectations. Really good service, cannot be happier.
