We bought a sofa, rug, and coffee table from Aaron at SCS Thanet. He went above and beyond and was super helpful in helping us choose a sofa and colours. He was also super patient when we couldn’t decide on a colour and changed our mind hundreds of times! 10/10, thank you very much!

We bought a sofa from Penny at Westwood Cross in Broadstairs. She was super helpful. She didn't keep pestering like some other shops, asked what we were looking for, showed us what she thought matched that then left us alone to look around. Once we had chosen our sofa, she help with choosing fabrics and colours and completing our purchase. She was professional but still joined in with our jokes and made the experience pleasurable.

Staff at the Thanet store were really helpful, not pushy, how refreshing!
Kept up to date with delivery times & phone call before delivery.
The two delivery guys were great, very professional & friendly.
The only negative is the SCS help line, waited for over an hour for help, then gave up! got a call back four days later 😔
Face to face SCS are great, could not fault.
But help line terrible.

Jack and Taylor delivered my 2 sofas today, they were friendly and respectful of my property.
They needed to remove the front door to get the sofas in but before leaving checked the door closed and locked as before.
They unpacked and fitted the feet and checked I was happy with everything too.
These 2 guys are a credit to the delivery team for SCS - thank you both

Delivery service was very good, from the contact prior to delivery, and the tracking on the day of delivery.
The delivery team were quick and professional and didnt take long at all to bring the sofa in and set it up.

The in-shop experience was great too, and the sales person was very helpful, the shop smells good too :)

Arrived early, very polite, offered help to move things.

Excellent customer care from Penny. Penny patiently showed us round all options, talked through aftercare, delivery and was extremely knowledgeable about all aspects of the sofas. Really impressive.

No one at any point was pushy, but at the same time went out of their way to answer questions and make us feel comfy - even getting the kids a drink! Penny was fantastic, and so kind and helpful, buying our sofa was a lovely experience. I also loved the ‘any sofa any fabric thing’ as we found this was not the norm for sofa shops!

The young man who helped me choose my sofas was so helpful and kind. I wanted manual recliners when l told him l had bone cancer and wanted recliner sofas he said why not try the manual recliner l was shocked as l wasn't strong enough to put it back down lm so pleased he thought about my needs so l bought the three seater electric recliner and a two seater standard in black paid for them then and there thankyou Martin T

I went to your Ramsgate branch to look to buy a chair. After being shown your battery powered chair I decided on buying 2 . Your sales man was very good and showed us all the colours they come in. He did a great job and made it very easy. Just wish I didn’t have to wait 12 weeks .

Lovely spacious store. Staff not overpowering ,but around to answer questions. Aaron ,who we eventually made the purchase with,was very Informative and listened to what our queries were and gave comprehensive explanation.

We visited the Westwood cross store in Thanet, we had seen a sofa on TV and decided to go and look in store. We went in and shortly afterwards a gentleman came along to ask if we needed help. ( Sorry we didn't get his name- think he was a manager. He then passed us to a young man called Martin we was very helpful and informative and couldn't fault him. We purchased a sofa which was on offer. We also recommended a friend, who we took to the store next day and they purchased an arm chair. All staff were friendly.

As soon as we arrived in store we were approached by a lovely lady called Penny, she was fabulous. Talked us through the process and left us to browse, kept checking in. We fell in love with a sofa, but had to go home to make sure the measurements would fit, we came straight back to order with Penny. Nothing was too much trouble. Would highly recommend!

Visited the Westwood X store and Stephen greeted us, explained how it all worked with what was on offer and left us to look around without being pushy or over bearing. He then checked on us later and helped us with our choices and showed us fabrics, very helpful. There was lots of sofas on offer and to be able to have any sofa in any fabric was brilliant. My only suggestion would be to add on the tickets that some sofas shown in leather had different prices if purchased in fabric and visa versa, as this wasn't clear and did change the price quite alot.
Overall great shopping experience and helpful sales team especially Stephen who helped us.
