To delivery drivers were friendly, courteous ,and quick. My daughter on the other hand has abysmal service from you. Is awaitimg a refund and you dont even compensate for your mistakes!!! So in turn i tjink it might probably put me off buying anything else from you!!

What a refreshing experience purchasing at SCS, choose any style with any material including leather. We were totally surprised with no sales pressure just helpful advice and answering our questions or concerns. We did purchase a two seater sofa and two single chairs exactly what we’ve been looking for. Excellent design and looks which complemented our house. Special note goes to the salesperson, Jamie very helpful, very knowledgeable, friendly and looked after our needs. Massive thank you to Jamie and excellent customer service.

The delivery team were outstanding explaining what they need to do to get the furniture in the. House. Polite curtious and professional. The whole experience was outstanding

After four months of excuse after excuse not only did we not receive our order but we have now been told that it may be lost. Furthermore, apparently they no longer use their partner, so we cannot even re-order. Once we received delivery date confirmations, we had our old sofas removed, now we have been without sofas for two months!

Great service from showroom to delivery. I have been very impressed by the patience and care shown to us in the showroom and then a great delivery team who were very polite, friendly and considerate. We were kept informed about the delivery window and they were bang on time.

Great service in store, not bombarded by pushy salesmen. Simple ordering process with lots of choice.

Delivery scheduled with plenty of notice and excellent communication. The two man crew did an excellent job of moving the sofa to the correct location and assembling it with no problems. Very polite and efficient, including taking away all the packaging.

No problem recommending ScS, and they will be my first port of call when the time comes to get more furniture.

If i could give no stars i would!!

3rd Jan we ordered 2 sofas then on the 5th changed the order to a corner unit. Havent received any kind of confirmation of this even to this day. Made numerous calls to customer services and got no where wait times are too long, call backs never happen or you wait over 2 hours and then just get cut off!! Its just non existence. I decided to ring the store who said yes they believe the order has changed. Tried tracking but tracking number was for first order and so couldnt track it. Had to ring the store to get this delivery date and new order number. The delivery date had stayed the same even though the order had changed 21st feb. This has changed another 4 times since then and one of those dates changed the night before delivery!! This whole experience from the start has been absolutely appalling and non existent customer service has added stress which has had detrimental effect on my serious health condition and im still without a sofa. I will never ever reccommend this company to anyone. After reading your retail terms and conditions to make sure that what we were told in store was true and that we agreed a 4 week time frame from the delivery date of the 21st feb.

6. Delivery lead times
6.1 we will tell you of a delivery lead time (in weeks). All lead times are approximate only and delivery may vary by up to 4 weeks ( earlier or later) than the lead time given. The delivery lead time is on the order. We will only take your order if you agree to the delivery lead time and its approximate nature.

Yes i did agree for the sofa to be delivered up to 4 weeks after the date which was first given on my order the 21st feb you have now broken your agreement and so will be taking this further. I have also sent a complaint to the complaint department over 10 days ago with still no responds!!

Adele made our visit and purchase easy. She was knowledgeable without appearing pushy, gave great information and was on the ball when we were ready to place our order. Store felt well appointed and definitely everything felt to be of quality much better than DFS just next door.

The lady that served us listen to our needs and showed me sofa's which was suitable for me extremely helpful and very pleasant lady would recommend this shop in Tonbridge to everybody who wants a three piece lovely pleasant atmosphere and no pressure to buy I bought a beautiful sofa and chair very happy

Simon and Chris kept me up to date with their arrival time. They planned their route into the property and took care not to damage the property or the furniture. They set up my sofa with care and cleared away all packaging. They ensured we were happy before leaving.

I have to say that the service in the Tunbridge Wells store was great - most helpful but, the delivery crew leave much to be desired! I had a feeling that they may say that my sofa would not fit through the front door. Having read on Trustpilot that a lady had been left without the delivery taking place for exactly the same reason, I ensured my husband was around armed with his screwdriver to remove the front door.
Am I glad I did! Immediately the crew took the arm chair in and then said "the two seater sofa won't fit through there!. " My husband said I think you'll find it will - we have just taken a three seater recliner sofa out! If it makes you feel better I will remove the front door - which he did. The crew got it in but had to be guided by my husband. Had I been alone, I have no doubt they would have left me in the lurch. Furthermore I live on a main A Road and they parked their van on the road, stripped off the packaging and left it dangerously flapping around with lorries going past. They were fortunate that it did not cause an accident. SCS you need to change your delivery guys.
