Great choice and reasonable prices. Customer service was great - just waiting for the delivery of our sofa.

Nathan was very knowledgable, and was very patient with us whilst we decided on the fabric and colour for our sofa. He took the time to talk through the finance options and was very knowledgable when it came to how the sofa was made and where it came from.

The staff let you look around but said they are there for you if needed plus when we did find one they were very helpful explained things too us and was very true full on deliver said it could be later then he said and I do like honesty so you know what to expect I give the young boy who severed me 10 out of 10

We where greated nicely and he explained how the fabrics work on your sofas and then he left us to have a look around until we where ready which we nice as I do not like the hovering.

The guy in the Tunbridge Wells showroom was really knowledgeable, friendly and really helpful. The whole ordering service was clear and informed. We were contacted throughout the wait which was a couple of days earlier than they expected. We were able to change the delivery day easily when it didn't suit our needs. The delivery system gave us a rough idea of delivery time and we were able to track Chris and Mark in their truck throughout the journey. They phoned us personally one hour before the arrived. They were friendly and efficient in bringing in our two sofas and chair and took all the packaging away. We are really pleased with the new furniture, only three days in and hope we continue to be serviced and happy for a lot longer... So all good so far.. thank you.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff, relaxed layout of the showroom

We visited to have a look at settees, were greeted by Adele who was very friendly and extremely helpful without being pushy and 'in your face'. We had time to compare, try out and go back for another look. We ended up buying 2 two seater settees and can't wait to take delivery of them.

Staff very helpful,no hard sell. I was able to take my time with advice that I appreciated. Only disappointment which is no fault of your own is that delivery won't be till August. Well done Poltronesofa

Staff were very welcoming and informative.
Our only negative was that the quote we had been given which we were told was valid for 10 days was not valid 3 days later. This feels very dishonest

Very good customer service, great help when purchasing. Good communication and a lovely sofa.

We initially visited the Tunbridge Wells store to find what we wanted. Taz helped us and we got a quote to go home with. The following week we returned ready to order, this time we were assisted by Adele who was very knowledgable and processed our order.
We are now waiting for delivery. Your products are amazing and there is no hard sell from your lovely staff.

Excellent service delivery on time very polite helpful service

Helpful patient service in the store.
Sent wrong sized delivery vehicle. When purchasing you are asked to confirm if a Dustin lorry size fits up your road. I did because it does. But they sent a larger lorry on the day of delivery which wouldn’t fit up my street so couldn’t deliver on day planned.
The store were very apologetic and rearranged delivery within 5 days so I was pleased with that.
2nd delivery date all went smoothly.
Product is great and very pleased.

Tax if Tunbridge Wells was very patient understanding and was very helpful and formative.
He gave us options to think about and gave us time to come to an important conclusion.
We found our forever Sofa and we can’t wait to cozy on down in our home.
