My boyfriend and I came in to purchase a sofa for our first home, and we could not be more pleased with our experience from start to finish. We were welcomed immediately by Callum, who was so polite and kind. He then helped us through the whole process with great knowledge of each product. We weren’t 100% sure on the measurements, so we had to come back the next day, and Callum instantly recognised us and came to help again. Overall, the service and the quality of the products were amazing, and a big shoutout to Callum most of all.

I made an appointment and was seen promptly in the Tunbridg Wells store. Nathan could not have been nicer. He explained all the options and did his best to assist me with choosing the colour of the sofa and which design to go for. He was very focused. There are several optional extras, but he was not at all pushy which I much appreciated. He gave me a phone number to call if I had a change of mind regarding the fabric, which I did and he answered the phone promptly and dealt with my requirements and then sent a further email confirmation with the changes I had made. All in all it was a good experience. I have not had the furniture delivered yet so I can make no comment on that.

Nathan was extremely helpful showing us the sofas that met our criteria and then completing our purchase after a little thinking time.

We was greeted by a lovely friendly young lady who made us feel very welcome she offered us a drink more or less straight away when we arrived. Her name was Adele she explained the labels on each sofa and help us buy the right sofa for the right price.

So here we are again! Four weeks after being promised a call to repair the damage to my garden during a sofa delivery.. nothing!

SCS from visiting the branch to the delivery today has been excellent
Knowledgeable staff,excellent product range on display,manufactured in Italy ,and delivered within the time scale and today the delivery men were polite and kept us informed absolutely the time of arrival
The new sofa bed had many fabrics to choose from and easy to convert from sofa to double bed

From start to finish this was a pain free experience, the Salesman in branch T.Wells was really helpful and not pushy at all, the two lads that delivered the furniture were very polite and professional. overall a very pleasant experience.

Kept us up to date with delivery times throughout morning. Josh and Mario were efficient throughout delivery and Mario was polite and very helpful

Great service from the start in store to the delivery at home. Kept us updated with how our order was moving forward and with the delivery details. The delivery was great with friendly, helpful drivers that set everything up and cleared away all packaging.

Hugely disappointed.

I was advised originally my delvery would be between 2.55 and 3.10pm

I had several updates estimating later into the afternoon, Finally receiving my sofa at 19.17pm

They apologised on arrival. I asked how many more drops they had ONE therefore there was no way of me receiving my sofa early afternoon as once thought.

From Purchase to delivery a seemless process and delighted with my sofa

Really excellent communication on the day of delivery and sofa installed quickly (even in our very small cottage). Delivery men were brilliant. Really impressive. Sofa is lovely and comfortable.

Not so impressed with the ‘very hard pressurised sell’ in store when deciding to buy but understand that member of staff has now left.

The delivery guys arrived and couldn’t put the sofa together properly as each unit was misaligned with the next meaning none of it has locked together. This has meant we are left with a sofa that is uneven and which has legs that are sitting off the ground! Each of the back pieces are misaligned and up & down all over the place.

Very positive experience. Excellent service in store. Delivery in time and very friendly delivery team. Very pleased with our new sofas and footstool.

Sofa arrived before delivery date, delivery drivers arrived on time and very professional

Had a great experience with staff member Adele.She greeted us , offered us coffee and assisted and gave us a huge insight to settees .She told us how they worked, how the ordering process works , offered us finance if needed, information about the range of fabrics available
At no time was she pushy or impatatient when we changed our minds.Very much looking forward to delivery in April

Hello SCS, I had a sofa delivery arranged on the 1st of December but the delivery team couldn’t get the sofa through the door and refused to leave it for us to sort it out, despite providing the measurements to Calham “the Tunbridge Wells sales individual” for the door gap “80cm” when we ordered the sofa.
The sofa was delivered on the 8th with another 3rd party company that I was forced to pay £150 at the end of the delivery or they threatened to take it back.
So I am requesting the refund of the original delivery charge of £150 that was paid when we ordered the sofa.
I have made contact with the financial Ombudsman service and I was told to request the refund form the company head office 1st because the local store manager “Jamie” is refusing to give us the refund for the delivery charge and wait for your response before any action can be taken!

From easy buying in store to the excellent delivery, all teams were great. The delivery crew, Steffan, Perry and a 3rd whose name I have forgotten were fantastic. They arrived on time and delivered my 2seater and 3seater sofas to our 7th floor apartment in perfect condition and not causing any damage to the property. Steffan did the full assembly of both sofas talking me through how it was being done and whats the best way to to un-assemble when we have to move. A Great Set of Guys.
