Walked in the shop @Warrington and was politely greeted by Laura , I was then left alone to browse at will , Laura soon seen I needed help ( being a man looking at sofas knew I was lost) she came gave me all the options and helped to make the purchase easy .

Our delivery day was changed to the following day as the first vehicle had a breakdown
The delivery men were excellent and telephoned 30 minutes before delivery then again as they arrived.
They were polite professional and worked quickly,considering I live on the 3rd floor and the lift was too small to use . They were excellent.

My sofa was delivered by two lovely delivery people that were very nice and polite there is a slight orange mark on the arm of one sofa and the delivery person took a photo and the serial number etc and assured me I will be contacted about it

Very helpful, friendly and understanding staff (Dale was amazing!), they helped answer all questions and get the product we were after and the budget we were looking for.

We visited the Warrington store on Saturday afternoon where myself, my husband and 2 children were looking for a new couch for our home.

By this point the children had been swimming and were tired. Ryan, the sales associate, was so accommodating with the four of us. We told him exactly what we were looking for and he pointed us straight to what we wanted, showing us the colours of leather available and explaining the different functions on the couches.

It felt like we were only in a few moments because everything went so smoothly.

John provided fantastic customer service and went above and beyond to help us secure the sofa's that we wanted.

Entered the scs store was not mithered at all. was left to look around then when I knew what I wanted was welcomed by a lovely man to sort out what I wanted didn’t take long either not pushed into anything that I didn’t want store is lovely and clean payed a reasonable price too

Absolutely terrible company. Purchased a couch in the Warrington store on the 3rd of April, on the basis that it didn't need to be made and could be delivered pretty much immediately (we live in Warrington). We were told in store that the couch could have been taken with us on the same day, had we had a van big enough. We didn't have one so paid the £120 with the understanding it would be delivered very soon. We received the couch on the 24th April, after being messed around on numerous occasions and provided with contradicting information. We went into the store on one of they days they said it would be delivered and it wasn't, to ask for an update. The team in store told us the couch had been picked up to be taken to Knowsley distribution centre (so they drove past our house on the way), but had no idea where it was. The team in the Warrington store had very limited communication with the Distribution Team as they work off a different system. We also struggled to get through to Customer Services, and only received call backs days after requesting them through the automated system. I requested a full refund on the £120 delivery charge and SCS refuse to give it to us, as our couch was delivered within 4 weeks of purchasing it. We had to delay moving into our new house due to the fact that we had no couch, so thanks for that. AVOID THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU DON'T MIND PAYING A LOT OF MONEY TO WAIT WEEKS TO RECEIVE A COUCH.

Staff were Friendly and not pushy, but ready to help and advise when needed. Bought an ex display small sette which is great condition. Dale was very helpful, as were all the staff. Delivery charges are expensive especially for a small item, £180++ - I can't quite remember as we picked up ourselves as we literally live just 1.5 miles up the road.Luckily we had someone that could help. The sale would be lost otherwise as I was not prepared to pay the expe sive delivery fees. It seems that it is just the same set fee regardless of how far it needs to go. Fairer delivery charges would be helpful. Looking forward to sitting comfortably in our new sofa.

Excellent! Drivers called in advance, courteous and efficient. Communication throughout was great, salesman was excellent and love the 2 sofas. Thank you for a great service and hopefully a great product.

We recently visited the Warrington store for a 'browse' and had no intentions of purchasing the same day. After visiting other sofa shops, nothing compared to the products we saw at SCS , or the fantastic level of customer service we received...so we placed an order with Dale.

Dale was brilliant. He was very personable, not pushy, knowledgeable and really understood what we were looking for . Nothing was too much trouble and he went above and beyond to help.
