Very nice guys and did a good job even though they were supposed to arrive between 1pm & 2pm according to the e-mail, they arrived at 4pm. But am happy with my new sofa.

My wife and I were greeted by Jess. She was polite and friendly, patiently answering all our questions. There was no pressure to buy and she was understanding when we said we'd go home and think it over. When we went back 2 days later, Jess took the trouble to show us the sofas we liked and all the options for it. She fully explained the price and extras available. All in all, a first class buying experience.

We found all the staff to be particularly helpful when we had a problem in wanting to amend our order having reconsidered we found we couldn’t fit the larger sofa in and thankfully the staff managed to change the order for us for which we are extremely grateful and I’d like to say that the staff at Waterlooville are an asset to your company and we’d certainly consider using you again.

Amazing! From order to delivery! Communication at every stage brilliant. On the day I was given a time then a phone call to say coming earlier if that was convenient for me.
