I had to change delivery date and they were very helpful also they kept me informed of delivery times . The men who delivered and put it together were very cheerful and polite . The whole company was very helpful.

We were left alone to browse round the showroom, which we prefer to do anyway, then made our choice and got one of the staff involved with everything else that we wanted. Our questions were answered and our choice made, and also a purchase, than you.

On our visit to waterlooville store Marcus showed us around and then left us to ourselves once we had our minds up he then guided us through the process never ever presured us into anything and explained everything top marks.
Delivery day was a day earlier which was brilliant on the day kept informed. Rich and Dean arrived polite and friendly assembled sofas explained the switches left no mess

We paid £129 for delivery and assembly, which unfortunately turned out to be a complete waste of money. From the moment the delivery drivers arrived, they made it clear they were more interested in finishing quickly so they could get to the pub than actually doing the job properly.
They failed to correctly assemble the sofas and, instead of telling us there was an issue, simply pushed the sections together and left. They also fitted the backs of the sofas incorrectly, leaving noticeable gaps between the cushions. As the drivers were leaving, my husband tested the recliner and the sofas immediately came apart. He had to chase after the delivery drivers, only to be told there was nothing they could do about it.
We then went to the ScS store for help, only to be told they couldn’t assist because they “just sell the sofas” and don’t handle aftercare. That was incredibly frustrating, especially after spending so much money.
We then had to wait THREE WEEKS for an engineer to come out, during which time we were unable to use the sofas at all. The engineer himself was excellent and spent several hours fixing everything the delivery team had either failed to do or done incorrectly. He was the only positive part of this experience.
Despite all of this, the aftersales team have refused to refund the delivery and assembly fee, which is outrageous considering the service we received. The sales staff were fine, but the aftersales support has been absolutely shocking. I would strongly avoid purchasing from this company unless you want to deal with terrible customer service once they have your money.

We were greeted at the entrance by Jake who showed us where to find what we were looking for,he then left us to try out various chairs and sofas but he was on hand to answer any questions we had. We weren’t sure of the sizes we needed so went home to measure and when we got back to the store it was almost closing time but Jake said no problem he then helped us with the colour and the purchase.What I liked was their was no pushy salesman if there had been I would have walked away.

Salesman was very helpful not pushy and answered all questions I put to him to the best of his ability. He gave me time to make my decision as lots of options re fabric and designs h we loo pop ed me choose the right suite for my needs.

The sofa is not put together correctly, the recliner leg supports are out of line, one side is higher than the other and the cushions are not level. After sitting on the sofa for two days, the cushion and arm fabric is rippled.

Store should try to display sofas and single chairs of each range. We could not try a single chair as it wasn,t part of the display in any store and had to take a risk, but it has turned out to not to be as comfortable as the matching sofa.
Delivery time slot was kept, delivery staff were polite, efficient and tidy.
