Split delivery
The delivery was several weeks early from original date estimated when ordering. We were not warned that there might be a split delivery, which has happened. We agreed to accept this situation as we needed something to sit on. On phoning ScS we are now told that the balance of the order could be nearly two weeks away, having been told that it would be one week when agreeing to accept the split delivery. Just wondering why you expect people to accept partial delivery.

Great experience all round
Great experience all round! The delivery drivers, Kieran and Elis worked hard to fit the settee through my porch and were so careful as to not damage anything. They were friendly and I was kept updated with when my settee would arrive. Can't fault the service. Very happy.
