Sales people approached then left you alone to look and try the sofas . I was served by Ravinder who was polite informative and efficient. Had a good experience and decided to order on the same day. Cant review the sofa as not delivered yet but will at a later date.

Well it looks like SCS have started trading as somebody else,wonder if its anything to do with the non existent customer services or is it the sales team who will say anything to try and get out of a sticky situation and I mean anything or is it the shoddy workmanship that they class as high quality or maybe it's all the above yes thats it its all the above.I have recieved 2 sofas the one i did want ĥad to be returned due to bad workmanship and the second one was a make do sofa its not at all what we wanted but we were never offered a full refund and was told by the salesman that they don't do a square corner sofa no more only curved so we were really forced into having that one.The sales team are compulsive liars and will say anything to get a sale and not bother with the after effects let alone the customer.We can safely say we will never use SCS or whatever they go as now ever again.DO NOT BUY OFF THESE PEOPLE.

Missed the importance of 48 hour window to amend, maybe emphasise that a little more could have been useful.
However AJ manager fixed the issue for us (sofa too big for room so had to amend) without penalty after a weeks.

We found what we were looking for and the staff were friendly and helpful.

We have had issues with our sofa since purchase in September and informed by head office it was to be replaced but then told it was discontinued and would have to pay over £500 extra to get what we want. Wouldn’t recommend at all
4 visits to store and still no answer and our dog had injured his eye of the mechanisms that are razor sharp .e mail sent to manager as requested and no reply, visit to store and hadn’t read his e-mails in a week !!
We have had Engineers four times, different mechanisms sitting in 1mtr square boxes in our hallway for weeks then told to put the mechanism out for the scrap man !! Hundreds of pounds worth of parts going to scrap and who’s paying for this !!! Us as customers I suppose. Parts fitted then recliner now operates differently to other pieces.
Sofa has collapsed and recliners catch.
I wish we had done our research as from what I’m reading products are sub standard. Told manager will call Monday, well I don’t hold out much hope of that happening.
Will be emailing CEO in the morning as this has gone on far too long now.

When my sofa arrived, the delivery team were extremely unhelpful. I was unable to get the pieces though the hallway to the rear room, so they dumped the sofa set in the front lounge and told me it's my issue to sort out. After contacting SCS, they informed me that one of the pieces can be disassembled to fit through the hallway. Why didn't the delivery team attempt this? Extremely terrible delivery service.

Crew were pleasant and communicated well. Updates received on when delivery due.

I ordered sofas from another company and they didn’t fit in door, delivery company refused to take off packaging and remove feet to get them in so I had to let them be returned. I explained to scs, gave them measurements of my doorway and a video of the hall. The assistant was very good and found us the sofa we wanted in the colour we wanted and assured us the delivery guys would get it in. They honoured the discount that was still showing online (even though it had ended) and made the whole experience quick and stress free. The sofas were ready 2 weeks earlier than expected which was great and as promised the delivery guys got them in for us despite it being a tight squeeze and they removed all packaging and set them up for us where we wanted them. This is my second time ordering from SCS and it will be my go to now for sofas. Sofas look lovely and very comfortable. Happy customer.

Amazing staff, felt very much at ease and they are so friendly at the Wolverhampton scs, can't fault them at all, just waiting till May to get our new settees

Myself and my husband went to scs St John's Square wolverhampton to look at the furniture we saw Rookby 2 seater recliner £1,199and a Ardwell recliner priced at but decided to wait until either black Friday or boxing day new years day for the sales while we were looking the store manager came to us and asked if could help so explain we were going to wait till new year sales he told us the price will definitely not go down anymore than it is now even in the sale so what he told we decided to order so we ordered them at £1,199 plus £799 plus delivery charge £129 pluss leather care kit £49

A few weeks later we went back to scs and noticed they had both gone down by £100 although we were assured they wouldn't go down we had a word with the manager we had a good deal already so we wouldn't be any better of so left it at that now we have seen the 2 seater Rookby recliner what was ordered is now £799 and Ardwell recliner is now £599 a massive difference in price when we were assured it definitely would not go down in price we were also told if it did go down in price they would price match it but heard nothing if I had known it would go down that much in price I would have waited so not very happy

First drop. Friendly and professional delivery. Minor problem sorted immediately by phone. Lovely sofa, great service from SCS from order through delivery.

Honestly the only thing I liked is my sofas.One of the delivery men came in and the first words that came out of his mouth was "YOU NEED TO PUT THE DOG AWAY MY COLLEAGUE IS SCARED OF THEM" (we had only just got back from the vets with him).I put him away with my daughter as hes had major surgery and cant be left on his own.I did make the comment "im scared of men but your in my home(for personal and health reasons)" and yes I get that its their job.They struggled to get the first sofa in so I had to tell them how to do it then the other sofa was getting banged across my door frames..Two of the delivery men was bickering with each other one saying he does this job every day and one had to be told to be careful.They was just rude all round.I completely understand that one was scared of dogs i really do but there are nicer ways to say it.He could have said it politely not the way he did.Would I buy from scs again,yes.Would I have those same delivery men again, NO..Love my sofas though.

Marcus and Dale who delivered the furniture were very helpful. They had it in the house and set up within 30 minutes. Very happy with the service

The delivery men, Carl and Marc were polite and considerate installing the suite in our home. Unfortunately the screws to fit the feet were too short. That's shoddy as the feet and wrong screws were inside the chairs, not the fault of the delivery men Quality control should get a bad mark. Hopefully someone will come and fit the feet very quickly. RAV in the Wolverhampton store was excellent and a nice store.

My experiences from start to finish was very good.
Arrived at the store warm welcome, store assistant Ravi, asked if we needed help. Informed what I have seen on website and he escorted me to the sofa, left use allow and was very helpful with any questions

The men that delivered my suite were extremely professional and set it all up quickly. Hassle free very well done, professional and polite

Steve and Simon were great easily approachable, friendly, polite, understanding and helpful.

On time- no messing about straight down to business, truly a job well done!
