Quite a wait for the sofa but it was worth it. The delivery lads were great very helpful after a bad experience four years ago, couldn't fault anything.

We had a wonderful experience in the store. The lady who helped us was incredibly kind, patient and professional. She explained every sofa in detail, offered us hot drinks because it was very cold outside, and made us feel very welcome. The quality and design of the sofas are amazing, and the customer service was exceptional. Thank you for such a lovely experience!

The sales staff were welcoming and patient. They also displayed a knowledge of the furniture explaining the different choices available and the pros and cons of each, in order to aid us to decide.

The sales person was fabulous she didnt rush us at all told us to make sure its what we wanted really was lovely.

Jay was really helpful. Gave us some tips to measure up at home. Came back the next day, and he got us all sorted. Didn't feel pressured, just gave us the info we needed.

We visited SCS in Wrexham to look at buying two new sofas. After speaking with Claire she showed us different styles and colours of sofas and was very helpful advising which sofas would meet our needs. After looking at all options we have now purchased two sofas and are awaiting delivery. Claire was excellent and very knowledgeable.

Very good choice of sofas all built with good quality, staff also very polite and not pushy.

We were welcomed into the store and offered refreshment. After asking about our requirements we were shown a selection of suitable alternatives, one of which we have placed an order for.

Greeted as soon as entered the store no pushy sales person left to browse assistance straight away when requested left with new sofa and chairs also new sofa bed

So after my last couple of complaints where I have been told to ring up SCS - I have rang them again to be told nothing they will do - speak to the Ombudsman again!! Who told me to sort it with SCS myself - this is a joke

the lady on the phone said they would only use what the ombudsman suggested!! it was found that all chairs are faulty and should be replaced!! she also said that they do not make these chairs anymore - probably because they are useless - can offer a partial refund of approx 1/4 off because i have had use of them for so long!! I HAVENT HAD USE OF THEM FOR THIS LONG I COMPLAINED IN SEPTEMBER 2024!!!! YOU CANNOT PENALISE ME BECAUSE YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS...
