Greeted as soon as entered the store no pushy sales person left to browse assistance straight away when requested left with new sofa and chairs also new sofa bed

So after my last couple of complaints where I have been told to ring up SCS - I have rang them again to be told nothing they will do - speak to the Ombudsman again!! Who told me to sort it with SCS myself - this is a joke

the lady on the phone said they would only use what the ombudsman suggested!! it was found that all chairs are faulty and should be replaced!! she also said that they do not make these chairs anymore - probably because they are useless - can offer a partial refund of approx 1/4 off because i have had use of them for so long!! I HAVENT HAD USE OF THEM FOR THIS LONG I COMPLAINED IN SEPTEMBER 2024!!!! YOU CANNOT PENALISE ME BECAUSE YOU DO NOT DEAL WITH YOUR COMPLAINTS...

Great service from start to delivery. Jay in store couldn’t have been more helpful and the superb delivery team of Peter and George got the sofa in assembled and left without any hassle total professionals.

Hanna welcomed us in store, she was enthusiastic, energetic and listened to what we wanted. There was no hard sell but she went out of her way to make sure we got what we wanted. Excellent service, good range of furniture and competitive prices.

We called into our local SCS store at Wrexham, we were looking at new 3 piece suites. Jay, a ScS representative spoke to us briefly and left us to look around the store, under no pressure he asked if we were happy with what we saw and could he assist us in any way. After a very interesting chat we purchased our new three piece suite which we are hoping to receive after Xmas. Jay was very knowledable about the Company, the products we looked at and helped us throughout our purchase with confidence.

I attended today looking for a new settee and armchair. Thankfully, Jay attended to me and, after determining my requirements for my new settee and armchair (whether any extra support was needed or any particular style I liked), guided me around the most suitable settees and armchairs. Jay then directed me to a few settees which he felt I would find most comfortable and supported in, and after whittling it down to my 2 favourite settees, Jay identified the best configuration for the settee and armchair for my living room layout. This enabled me to chose the best settee for me and my living room layout, which helped massively as I had previously felt overwhelmed by the prospect of sofa shopping due to the variety of options available. Jay made the experience so easy and I did not feel pressured at any point during my appointment. Jay was extremely knowledgeable about the products available, the level of support provided by each and their dimensions and could therefore demonstrate how they would fit and be spaced in my lounge. He explained everything thoroughly and in an easy to understand manner. Jay was so friendly, kind and patient, which further put me at ease. I can’t wait for my new settee and armchair to be delivered now! Thankfully you Jay and SCS for helping me to find my dream settee and armchair, for a very affordable price!

Decided it was time to upgrade our furniture. We went to SCS Wrexham and were not disappointed. Mark was very knowledgeable and attentive,helpful but not overbearing. He made us feel very welcome and relaxed. Explained everything about our choices and we were very happy to purchase a new 3 seater settee and chair

Arrived in the time predicted. Fast , clean and careful construction and testing of the sofa. No prbs whatsoever. Well satisfied.

our 3 seater sofa is too big to go through our standed doors. It is now sitting in our garage. When we purchased the sofa we should have been told it was too big to go through stander doors. We now have to arrange for a builder to take a window out so we can get it in the house, and find someone to help us get it in the house. The delivery man said as soon as he arrived that it wouldn't fit in through the doors.He said they only get them in through patio doors.

Jay was absolutely fantastic from start to finish going though several different options and explaining everything I needed to know in detail. He was also brilliant with my 4 year old son. We spent quite a bit of time in store so this really helped me. Nothing was too much trouble and I wouldn't hesitate to return in future.
