I'm sure it is a waste of time leaving…

I'm sure it is a waste of time leaving a bad review for SDA, they don't care. Yesterday according to Amazon they had a "problem" delivering to me, who knows what, only the driver. And a parcel I sent before Christmas is on its way back to me because? who knows, they don't answer messages.

Unfortunately the Christmas present I sent in time got lost or delivered to a different address or left unattended at our gate although we were at home and were expecting the delivery. Apparently SOMEONE signed for the parcel?!!!! A proof of sign request has been open but not answer from SDA yet! The second parcel has been left on our letter box and strangely this one has been signed too although we didn’t sign for anything! How a driver can use someone else’s name, sign for the parcel himself and leave it unattended where ever! I would call it fraud!!!! Call them it’s impossible, all the numbers are disconnected or busy for a while then silence. Country of the accident ITALY!

So far I can‘t give more than 1 star

So far I can‘t give more than 1 star. I have NO IDEA of where my parcel is, after it left my place of residence (which I wish to make my home Country), Germany, on 7th December.
1. The tracking stops at the point where the parcel was sent to Italy via the German DHL
2. I emailed them, no reply
3. I tried to use the Skype chat, but it keeps telling me that the address is invalid and I can’t make the call.

It‘s Christmas time, it‘s Covid time, but negligence cannot hide behind those excuses. You do not committ to hard work, contrary to all the German couriers and services I‘ve used. It’s a cultural thing, I‘m afraid.

Awfully awful

Awful. They are still figuring out where my pack is, 5 days in. And delivering it in time was really important. I even paid more for the express shipping. They guaranteed the shipping in a single day. Incredibly awful experience. Never, never more with this pile of garbage.

Just a waste of time

Just a waste of time, I bought some items from a company served by this courier. They don't even try to ring your bell, let alone leave a note of attempted delivery - simply because they just don't try to deliver your parcels but if you look at the tracking code it says they attempted delivery at 5am in the morning, which is a ridiculous time to attempt a delivery but be assured you would be able to find every single member of the household at home so saying no one was able to accept the delivery is just out of the world.

The WORST currier ever. I receive a lot of deliveries with no issues whatsoever. The only times when I do have issues is with SDA. They make up missing address details, buildings not found... all not true. I only think they can't be bothered to work properly. Really the worst!

I need my parcel SDA!

20days gone already and still counting for a supposed 3days express post. Parcel sent from Italy(Posteitaliane SDA) to France was never delivered to the address but it states delivered to France without any specified address when tracked on the SDA website. Who and where the parcel was delivered to has become a mystery. I have been to the local post office in France, the SDA tracking number does not exist on the local post office in France.

Tried calling them on skype it happens nobody understand english. With almost 100% negative feedback/Review, the company is still allowed to be operational.

This is absolute absurd for a courier company.

You can, you MUST do better

Tracking shows my parcel cannot be delivered because of 'incomplete address'
Okay - call customer service - except the number doesn't work. There is a toll free number but only for people in Italy with landlines.
Hmm - contact by web / email. Again not possible. Website appears to be down / has been down for weeks.
Okay - the parcel is in Bari - call the depot directly. Apparently not - the phone number doesn't work.

It is shocking in the 21st Century that a company concerned with logistics of delivery has no interest in communicating with its customers. How are they still in business?

SDA is synonym of fraud

SDA is synonym of fraud. Please do not use their service. I waited 3 days for a parcel to be picked up. Now has been on their Hub for 8 days and no way to get somebody of their customer service on the phone. I am still waiting for my parcel from Italy to be delivered in the UK but losing all sorts of hope.

Awful experience. It's been 12 days and still no sign of my parcel. The contact number doesnt work, neither does contact via Skype and no one responded to my email either.
They claimed my address was wrong but other couriers have come here fine. After a week of waiting, Merchant arranged item to be redelivered. SDA courier came, I let him in through the intercom and told him the floor to come to. He entered but he disappeared into thin air with my parcel!! He took my parcel back again despite me letting him into the building.

If you see that a merchant uses this courier don't bother ordering. Your item will never arrive and there is no way of contacting them. I've tried signing up on their website to receive an account so that I can change my delivery preferences but guess what?...that didn't work either!!

This is the most appaling postal experience I have ever had and it's still ongoing as I've yet to receive my parcel.

I spend 1300 euro to order urgent prudcut from Sicily to London ...its already 17 days I'm waiting my pallet not come ...I'min big stress I have to open my salon and I done have anything.....I have to wait 2 days and I need to ask money back to the supplies because I need to go last minuts to get my new product and open case with my layer

PLEASE HELP!!

PLEASE HELP!!! Does anyone know how to contact them?!!! I've been waiting for more than a month for an EXPRESS delivery from Italy to Australia. The package actually arrived the 23th of June in Australia, but no one was able to tell me where exactly (Italian/Australian Post) and they just told me to wait, cause probably Corona has impacts on the shipment. Last week I checked my tracking history and out of nothing it said "Delivery attempt". Took me another week just to find out who had my package and in the meantime someone was still trying to deliver it. I'm living on a farm and the owners have cameras at the entrance to control who comes in and leaves and guess what... no courier ever reached the house and no one ever called me!!! I've already tried the Skype option, but apparently it doesn't work anymore.

I read a lot of negative reviews here

I read a lot of negative reviews here, but I forced to use this service because of the ability to schedule deliveries.
So I have ordered delivery from this website paccofacile.it with SDA post services.
I have pay 5 Euro more for "schedule option", the first impression was bad since the pickup man literally throws our suitcases on the van, but they deliver it the day we want it (even sooner since we want it for the afternoon but they deliver it on the morning).
Everything seems nice, probably I use it again.

The worst courrier ever

I had 2 terrible experiences with them. One package never arrived, plus they never responded to emails. nor to phone calls. Client services are extremely rude and unprofessional, do not offer any solution to the problem, nor provide excuse.

I would discourage everyone to ever use their services.
