Exactly what you would hope for from a plumbing and heating firm. Reacted really quickly, was pleasant before and on the job, fixed the problem and was a reasonable price.

SDP Plumbing and heating are a very professional company to use. From booking all the way to the engineer coming to do the service nothing was too much hassle and they kept me well informed of when they were coming. Would recommend them to anyone

Everyone from SDP that I spoke to was helpful, polite and professional. A gas engineer came to service our boiler - he was helpful and efficient, completing the job within the alloted time. All was left clean & tidy.

They were brilliant from start to finish.
Darren came and quoted and when we accepted, they came the next day.
Two fitters who were great. Turned up at 8 and left at 4.30. Old boiler ripped out and new installed with no hassle. They bled all the radiators and left the room clean and tidy and the house cosy and warm.
We could not fault them. Two years interest-free credit and £600 less than other quotes we’d had. Thank you guys.

I’ve used this company in 2019 to fit my new boiler at very competitive price and 10years warranty.
Last month I’ve called the engineer to service the boiler and balance the system. He was very knowledgeable and very pleasant. The heating is working perfectly and the house is very warm.

Awful firm.

We have used them on a few occasions and now reverted to a previous provider who we know we can trust even it it costs us more.

Installed a new boiler. The installation is good according to another firm but
Failed to label properly the power switch and which switch was for the bathseat.

This led to a compliance note from Worcester Bosch who had to change several parts to a 7 month old boiler and take out nearly a bucket full of water.

Luckily another firm found the switch and the notice has been rescinded.

Caused massive damage to a grade 2 listed house necessitating £1000 in ceiling repairs and damage to a bath room suite with panels ripped out which we are now having to replace at a cost of Thousands to us.

Had to replace a washing machine which packed up on installation of a new boiler.

I would think twice about using these people and the owner has a very bad attitude. Making libellous comments about me which amounts to slander.Don't recommend.

Excellent experience, Jay came on the appointed time and sorted out a tricky situation with the plumbing for a sink and dishwasher in an island unit....he was knowledgeable and skilled, took just an hour to do a great job and was pleasant and helpful as well... We will definitely have them back for ongoing work to the ensuites - great value for money, couldn't be better, thank you so much 👌

SDP installed a new boiler on my loft. They finished everything quicker than estimated and on budget. All the team was super friendly and proficient. I cannot recommend them highly enough. Excellent job throughout.

Very good reliable service of boiler/gas safety check by Darren today. SDP were great in all communications and would recommend and use again.

the company were able to schedule in a boiler service for the next day, which was very impressive. Darren was very pleasant and in addition to the boiler service game me some advice about the settings and money saving etc which was brilliant. The person who answered my calls was also very polite and helpful. the price was reasonable and it was very easy to pay....I was sent a link on the day of the work. the only criticism was that the engineer was running 40 plus minutes late and I had to call to find out what was happening when he didn't arrive at the booked time. I completely understand other jobs overrun but it would be nice to get a call if you are likely to be more than 20 min late. then this would have been 5 star

Very efficient service. Darren came at very short notice to service my gas boiler two days before Christmas. Competent, friendly and helpful. I can thoroughly recommend SDP Plumbing and Heating.

I was recommended to use SDP plumbing by a friend who had used their services in Canterbury.
Darren and Stephen have been professional, courteous, competitively priced and have undertaken a complete central hearing installation in my refurbishment project.
The master builder for the project has commented on the solid quality of their workmanship, despite me declining his regular heating contractor in place of SDP plumbing!
I am very happy I chose SDP Plumbing. Highly recommend.

My boiler service was done efficiently and Joe was friendly and informative. He even took time to show the small steel sludge/ particles that the magnet had trapped! As the saying goes service with a smile!
The next day I had some radiator valves replaced and the system balanced. Once again the work was carried out professionally and with no problems. Very happy now to have all my radiators hot and ready for winter!

I was very impressed by every aspect of the service provided by SDP Plymbing and Heating. My initial enquiry was dealt with very promptly and efficiently and the work on my boiler - fitting a new control unit - was carried out in a very timely and careful fashion by Darren, the heating engineer. The cost was also very reasonable. Hence the 5 star review.
