I’m embarrassed to say it, but I had an appointment last week and unfortunately, I forgot it. I called them this morning and Lasse said come on down and we’ll change the tires right away. I highly recommend them. They’re professional and get the job done. If I could give 10 stars, I would.

What’s not to like … 🤗🚙

Our car broke down close to the garage after closing time. We managed to sleep in the neighborhood and went to the garage early the next morning.
Within 15 minutes they diagnosed the problem; cooling fluid was leaking from the water pump and thermostat.
The replacement parts had to be ordered and still they managed to fix our car the same day so we could drive back to the Netherlands.

Amazing service, friendly and skillfull staff.

When we came to pick up the car the price went down because the mechanic used less time than anticipated.

I highly recommend this garage.

The repairs on my old Renault were so well done that my car felt like a new car again. It was simply unbelievable. Thank you Esben at Super Dæk in Åkirkeby in Bornholm.

I recently visited this mechanic shop for a simple repair—a stuck, rusted bolt. The job would have taken 20-30 minutes. However, I was suggested an appointment one to two weeks out for a rusted, stuck bolt. In the meantime, I witnessed a truck arrive and be immediately serviced with air in the tires and it took about the same time as it would have taken for my rusted bolt, even though there were numerous empty service bays and the clock was 14:00. It was frustrating to see my 20-30 minute job pushed aside while they prioritized another customer without any appointment. This lack of fairness and disregard, inequality, is unacceptable. I would not recommend this shop to others, there is no equality among costumers here. I would have paid for an hour, how are you suppose to win new costumers if you can't even help them when they need it?

Really bad service and extremely expensive! They are definitely exploiting the fact that the competition situation is non existing. Shame on you😡

They went above and beyond to get me back on the road late afternoon on a Friday.

I dropped off my van due to an AdBlue problem and additional issues related to the particle filter. After four days, they called to inform me that they found a problem—something with the battery that they claimed was unrelated to the real issue with the van. I asked them if they were sure this was the only problem, and they assured me it was. I told them that if the van was functioning after this minor repair, that would be fine with me.

After another two days, they called to say they had made the replacement, but the van still wasn’t working. On top of that, they had no idea what the issue was. They mentioned that locating the problem could take anywhere from 1 to 20 hours of work, depending on what was wrong. After waiting for eight days without them being able to determine the problem, I decided not to let them continue searching or fixing the van.

I went to pick up my van, which they had moved onto a platform because it wasn’t working well enough to drive. They charged me 5,000 DKK for basically doing nothing. I’ve never experienced such poor service before. I would not recommend this service unless you just need to replace tires; they might be capable of that.

My husband had the tires changed on the car, and they were mounted on a rim that was bent. No one informed him about it, and only after he started digging into why the car was still shaking after the tire change, wheel balancing, and wheel alignment did he find out that one of the rims was bent. The employee noticed it during balancing but still decided to mount the tire without informing my husband. Only when he returned to the workshop did he learn about the issue and was told he could come back the next day with a new rim to have it changed. Unfortunately, the employee fell ill, and as a result, the workshop washed their hands of the matter, saying they were ‘fully booked’ and didn’t have 10 minutes to remount the tire and fix THEIR MISTAKE THAT MY HUSBAND PAID FOR! We’re now driving 1000 km with a bent rim and a shaking car, thanks to the workshop and its staff. I hope the invoice we paid is, in the company’s opinion, fully justified and reflects the quality of service and the way we were treated.

My small electric car needed alignment. I asked my local workshop - which I trust very much - to do it but they couldn’t handle alignment on such a small car and suggested visiting Super Dæk Service instead. I easily ordered a visit online and showed up there a few days later. They aligned the car with no problems and charged a reasonable amount for this. It took about an hour.
