Good product range with very prompt delivery. Helpful staff enabled me to add an extra item to my order without incurring additional delivery costs.
The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars was that they didn’t register the fact that I had increased my order and kept chasing me to order the item already received.

Good choice
I'm pleased with the hooks I bought (they feel well made, and the concealed fixing on them is very discreet). There was a good choice on the website, and they arrived well wrapped soon after ordering. I was rather surprised at the postage costs, and perhaps if I'd been shown these before placing the order I may not have gone ahead.
(Despite the response from Samantha below, I'd say if the delivery costs were given at checkout then they certainly weren't very clear. It looked like free shipping was being given at the point of ordering, but later transpired postage was charged at twenty pounds. And for four hooks that seems very steep indeed.)

Communication could have been better
Product delivered very quickly once posted, but the item was out of stock, which was not mentioned at the point of ordering, and I only found out when I rung up 3 days after ordering.

Good experience
One one the few vendors to provide sufficient technical detail, meaning I could be confident that I was buying the type of lock required for unsprung handles - unlike another vendor whose product said it would work and did not. The product was also shipped same day and delivered next working day.

The reason I gave 4 stars is because of the delays
The reason I gave 4 stars is because I needed the product in certain time. From my point of view I ordered it early enough , but I was informed there are going to be some delays which caused me a bit of stress.
But communication was good and very elegant. Fortunately the product arrived at the very limit when I actually need it.
The switches I ordered are very high quality, I definitely recommend them. It's not first time when I buy them.
