Mine was only a small order for drawer…
Mine was only a small order for drawer runners but it was despatched very quickly and with good packaging that survived the trip via Royal Mail.
The package was complete and the job completed with no problems. I would recommend SDS to anybody.

Easy to find what I wanted
Easy to find what I wanted, description and photo. Able to buy the size I needed, which would fit in an envelope. It’s worth the extra cost over buying a part roll and the challenges of (some) parcel delivery (companies) - and the waste.

There were problems at every stage of…
There were problems at every stage of the process - couldn't complete the order online. Doing it over the phone was laborious and ultimately info was inaccurate and my instructions weren't followed. When I called to follow up the person I had dealt with gave me incorrect info - so I had to keep insisting she speak to a colleague who finally told me the correct thing.
