Having checked your order, it was placed at 5:31pm on 21st May and dispatched the following day, 22nd May. The delivery method selected at checkout was Royal Mail Tracked (2–3 days), and the parcel was delivered on 26th May.

We had our Water Tank drained & Cleaned Out
We had our Water Tank drained, thoroughly scrubbed clean, disinfected and re-filled.
The Two SDS contractors: Ales & Matt were thoroughly Professional and Diligent and a credit to SDS.
Should the need arise we would have no problems about using SDS again.

I have use sds many times over the years , and found them to be the place to go , especially when James served he was always very good knowledgeable and helpful , although i have moved out of London now , I ordered on line a letter plate cover in brass and it arrived so well packed even though it was a relatively in expensive item , this goes to show how good the service is at sds , thanks all top marks and thank you
