In the midst of this 2020 pandemic, I wanted to thank Tim Anderson at Seamaster Yacht Charter for his patience and perseverance in dealing with our Chairman's queries and concerns, as well as keeping us informed and updated on the constant flux of information on travel restrictions. Tim's professionalism and diplomacy in liaising between all parties was especially appreciated.

At a time when there is lots of uncertainty, Seamaster have been extremely good at processing and managing all our various requests. Fortunately for us, the outcome was just perfect for us so a huge thank you to Tim and his team!

Excellent company to book your sailing charter with and we look forward to booking again short. They acted totally professional during the corona virus outbreak and I wish them all the success they deserve.

Very responsive and straightforward during pandemic

During what is a unprecedented time for all travell agents, I have had excellent service from Seamaster in rearranging our holiday for us.

Seamaster were amazingly helpful when we were booking our charter and have been equally helpful since Covid19 struck - keeping us informed of all the possibilities regarding rearranging/postponing or confirming our booking for the summer and beyond.

During these unusual times with the uncertainty around international travel with Covid-19, Tim has always been available to field queries. I am pleased today that Tim has worked tirelessly to ensure that we have not lost our charter, it's just going to be a little later than anticipated. Well done Tim

First-class, under very trying circumstances

Unfortunately our holiday had to be postponed until next year due to the coronavirus epidemic. However, the service we have received from Tim at Seamaster has been first rate. At all times he kept us up to date in a comprehensive fashion and when it became clear that we weren’t going to be able to travel has reorganised our holiday very quickly.
Would not hesitate to recommend Seamaster, they really do go the extra mile.

I very rarely leave reviews but this deserves recognition.

Seamaster have organised a refund of the balance of my sailing trip and a voucher for the deposit (Greek Government Rules) within 2 days of me asking for them. Given how tough Coronavirus has been on the whole travel industry this is an exemplar on what customer service should be.

I have used Seamaster for trips before the crisis and was very happy with thier service in normal times.

We chartered through Tim and Will at Seamaster last year and also have 2 trips booked with them this year too. Unfortunately, because of Covid-19 our first trip to Sardinia has been postponed but even so, Tim has been great at keeping us informed and providing updates on how we can re-book at a later date. How firms react and deal with unexpected events is a real indicator of their trust and service...and I'm really pleased with how the lines of communication have remained open at all times with Tim. Fingers crossed for our next trip in early October !

Tim and his team have been fantastic, we were due to travel in two weeks. Tim has kept us updated while we are in the current situation. As expected we have had our trip cancelled due to several reasons, Tim has managed to reorganise the trip to dates that suit all eight of us. .

I have to take my hat off to Seamaster as they have been fantastic from the start to the current unprecedented times and managed to keep a customer informed and very happy.
