We had a great holiday in the South Ionian which Tim kindly arranged at very short notice when our trip to Croatia was cancelled. Would definitely use Seamaster again and will recommend to family and friends.

We found the service, particularly given the Covid situation, excellent. Various useful updates on the overall situation were very helpful.The boat and the check-in- check-out were great. We will be back.Peter.

Tim, Will and all the Seamaster Team have so far arranged 5 sailing holidays for us. On every occasion, all the booking arrangements have rolled out smoothly without a single hiccup. All our sailing holidays booked with Seamaster have been a joy.

Whenever we have spoken to any member of the team, they have been helpful and friendly. This year Will went the extra mile and got us an upgraded boat, for no extra cost. The extra work involved in doing this for us was massively appreciated.

Tim was especially fantastic this year, communicating with us regularly re: the Covid situation and at no time did we fret that our money would be lost. Tim was reassuring and gave us other options to consider if they were needed.

If you phone them, a person answers! Promptly. No automated messages or other numbers to press. This level of personal service and responsiveness is rare nowadays.

Cost-wise, Seamaster is competitive and easily one of the best travel companies for achieving value for money in the sailing yacht charter market.

We will certainly book with Seamaster again and recommend them highly. Seamaster is an honest, trustworthy company whose aim is to please and I’m sure they have a very loyal return customer base and we are most definitely on that list.

We have used Seamaster twice now (chartering in Croatia) haveing been recommended them by a friend. We got great service, really good local knowledge/recomendations and a good deal on the boat. Our last trip was during COVID and Seamaster were excellet in terms of comunication and help. I would recomend Seamaster and we will be using them agian for our next sailing holiday.

I have chartered four times over the last few years and have a further two charters planned.

I have enjoyed excellent service from Tim and the team at Seamaster as well as from their yacht partners.

The yachts are always as described and their advice on yacht type, locations and logistics has been spot on.

I have used other brokers but now only use Seamaster.

Communication between the company and ourselves was very good.
Excellent quality yacht, comfortable and well equipped.
Friendly, helpful skipper who fitted in to our group really well. He was patient when instructing us to sail and we were able to do as much or as little as we wanted. We visited some fantastic places and had time off the boat if needed to explore the local villages.
It was also great to be able to leave the marina on the first night.
Would recommend being involved in the inventory check process to avoid any misunderstandings.

Seamaster gave us lots of options for our sailing holiday and when it came to fine-tuning to our specific requirements, they were excellent.
We wanted 2x skippered yachts for 14days sleeping 6 on each boat sailing from Croatia or Greece. We wanted a/c, toys (SUP board, Ringo etc), nearly new boats and knowledgeable, fun skippers. We wanted to sail in quiet remote areas as well as a few fun nights at more busy harbours.
Seamaster gave us great advice on the where to sail, where the best boats were available, and the best time to go.
The quotes we got were very competitive, and once we had agreed to book, everything ran like clockwork. There were no negative surprises, only positive ones. Can't wait to book next year!

We have chartered thru Tim and the Seamaster team on several occasions and always had a great experience. The boats have always been very good and the service excellent. This year during the covid disruption they have been very helpful and postponed our trip to next year with no fuss or quibbling.

" Unfortunately, Seamaster cannot be responsible for your risks either. We do not provide ‘protection’ for clients if there is a storm, or you get sick, or you break your little toe, or your flight doesn’t depart or the British government says you can’t travel. This is what personal travel insurance is for. If you chose to book one of our package holidays then we would be responsible, however you chose not to."

If you are looking for a Yacht Charter go elsewhere.

i cannot praise the efforts of Tim and his team highly enough throughout our charter process. In the most difficult of years for everyone but particularly the travel industry their efforts have been above and beyond our expectations.
We as a group of 10 were chartering a Catamaran to sail round Croatia.
Throughout the entire process Tim and his team have been most communicative, honest, realistic and helpful. Sadly we are now unable to proceed with our charter but Seamaster have worked tirelessly with us to defer the trip until next year 2021.This is a huge relief and justifies our choice of charter company and decisions made to pay the amounts due as requested and trust them with our funds. i canot recommend them highly enough.

Tim and the guys at Seamaster are fantastic this the second yacht charter I have booked with them. This year as obviously been a shocker! But Tim very generously refunded our money when we were unable to go to Croatia even though he didn’t need to. A very professional outfit. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them 100%. Thanks Tim

This was our second trip with Seamaster and again, excellent. Their care and attention and communication in the run-up to the trip, given the Covid-19 situation, was exemplary, and once again their choice of charter companies and their boats was brilliant. We will be booking again!

Re: Our Sailing Holiday - 25th of July to 1st August 2020

We are a family of five with three grown up children (17, 20 and 22 years old), all with a little sailing experience and we booked a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 439 yacht (Kontiki) with skipper in Greece, via Sea Master.

Just wanted to say, we had a fantastic week sailing in the Cyclades, visiting Kythnos, Mykonos, Paros, Sifnos and Syros, Our skipper 'Buddy' was a blast, he was thoroughly good company and a ‘rock solid’ skipper with a wealth of experience and got everyone involved. He suggested a varied itinerary including stops in bustling marinas with lovely tavernas and remote bays where we anchored and watched the sunset, We had an excellent time and it has really fired our enthusiasm to gain our day skipper qualifications and do more sailing in the future.

We would like to thank the team at Sea Master for getting us away on a great week's sailing, despite the Covid circumstances hanging over us all. It was so nice to forget about it for a while!

Tim, Will and the team at Seamaster were faultless. The holiday was just amazing throughout, the Lagoon 450F was a wondeful yacht and just so spacious, for our friends to experience such an adventure for the first time quite simply blew them away! So looking forward to doing the same in 2021!

I have been dealing with Mr Tim Anderson of Sea Master from the beginning. Excellent service, easy to deal with and quick to respond to my inquiries and concerns. Unfortunately Covid prevented us from travelling from New Zealand this year, but Seamaster deferred our cruise until the same time next year without any hassles or clauses. Really appreciate this at a time when everybody is scrambling to cover their asses! As far as I am concerned, Seamaster is Ship shape and true Bristol fashion! Highly recommended. Gary Dennis

This company refused a cash refund on a Greek yacht booked by UK residents. Seamaster claim yacht was available in Greece even though country was CLOSED to UK residents in June. Also you may receive a UK Seamaster contract with ABTA and ATOL printed on. In our case they said the contract was actually with a Greek company. This Greek contract is not provided at time of booking, only the Seamaster contract. Their website states "We are a British company, with British values and British accountability" Beware.

I have used many travel companies over the years, most with reasonable service. The true test of a provider in this market is not when things go well but when there are problems and how they are resolved.
Covid came as a total unknown to us having booked an expensive new catamaran charter with flights and extras. As we were in lockdown when our holiday was due, we were worried we wouldn’t get our funds back. The stories of holiday firms and airlines being difficult and with conflicting views as to rights and responsibilities of travel firms were disheartening. We needn’t have worried, Tim the owner of the firm kept us up to date with developments (his staff being furloughed). He listened to our wishes and the reasoning behind our desire for a full refund. He agreed and set about doing all the work chasing airlines, yacht owners etc etc. We received all our funds back in full.
We chose to use Seamaster for the first time this year. We had previously had a bad experience with our original specialist travel provider which we had used extensively, the first time we had a problem they failed to deal with it and were frankly appalling. I am very glad we changed to Seamaster as they are miles better than the rest and we will definitely use them again as we know that they are not just a “fair weather” Company.

We have chartered with Seamaster 3 times and have always had a positive experience. Tim and his team answer all of our questions quickly, and we have never had a problem -- and our boats and our captains have been terrific. This would have been our 4th year, but we had to cancel our plans due to COVID and even then, the communication was perfect. I can't give them a high enough rating. We will be back in the Spring -- as soon as Americans are allowed back to Europe.
