I have used Seamless for 13 years now. They rarely disappoint and when that happens, it is usually the restaurant's fault and Seamless makes up for it. I have had wonderful experiences with Customer Service. The only thing that seems to have changed lately is that I haven't received a feedback request via text in a while and I think its due to sheer volume as a result of Covid-19.

I gave them 5 stars because of their customer service. They are not responsible for the food, that's the restaurant's responsibility. On several occasions the restaurants I have chosen have messed up the orders and Seamless has reimbursed me for the messed up orders. No fuss no muss. No arguing, no stress. I really appreciate that.

Seamless is great! The food options are wonderful and if there's a problem with your food order they do all they can to make sure the customer is taken care of. I love the estimated arrival times because they are always pretty accurate. The delivery service is a little pricey once you add up the cost of food, taxes, delivery fee and tip, but when it's late and you don't feel like going out, it's worth it.

Convenient, has lots of options with low/no extra delivery fees compared to other services, and great customer service.

My order never arrived. While my delivery estimate was 30 minutes, after I waited for 2 hours, I had to contact customer service, just to see that my food had never been picked up, the kitchen had closed, and my driver had simply driven home. I wouldn't have even received a refund or any notification of this, if I hadn't had contacted customer service. I'm not usually critical, but they literally have one job - to deliver food. And they couldn't manage that.

I love that it's so effortless to order your meals without ever picking up a phone. It's so convenient.

This app is so easy to use. And whenever an order goes wrong, the customer service worker makes you feel heard and does their best to fix the situation.

Using them for years. Although the price has risen a bit, they always have a great selection of restaurants to choose from if you want to splurge.

I ordered a tally wankler from the ol' moonshine highs. Next fing i know I've got 2 shoeless sandlewood shakers on each side if me. Now im not the type of bloke to tell porky pies outside a school but dang if i do and danged if i don't. 5 stars all around mate. I for one will be frequently tying the proverbial knot if you get my driwft.

For Mother's Day my son ordered me dinner because he couldn't be here. He lives far away. And I never got my delivery. Now I'm starving and I have to go find myself something to eat. Not very happy. Try to call the contact number and it's bogus. Believe me I'm really pissed!!!

Seamless is easy to use and the customer service is everything!!! They are quick to rectify any problems and I love the fact that the restaurants I love are on Seamless.

Do not use them for food delivery! They do not pay attention to delivery times and send out drivers no matter what. Their customer service is the worst. Had two customer service people lie and tell me they had contacted the restaurant and never did. They need a major overhaul. Also, that tack on additional service fees to pay for the nightmare of using them.

Not "seemless" at all. They cancelled my order and blamed the restaurant. I called the restaurant and they said the driver left before taking the food which they had prepared. So they cancelled for no reason and the restaurant (super small family owned business) had already made all the food and would lose money because I got a refund.
