I was searching cruise trip vacation for my family from United Arab emirate , found about Seascanner.com dully filled up all required details.
i have also received confirmation email that they will get back to me soon .
Next day morning some called (Elisabeth Harden) from Seascanner.com send an me email details about booking to confirmation and due to short time they have told booking was hold till same day 5 pm ,
eventually same time i had asked to send payment link so that i can pay it asap ,no response yet despite of several follow-up no response from them either .
Even though reaching them also also extremely difficult no contact number .
I was wondering how come an international tour operator have such poor response

Seascanner.com is a very trusted website, the GUI design looks like kind of old, but system works like a Swedish watch! It manages all cruises worldwide. I know that there are 4 main airlines management system, but in a water of course seascanner.com is a well trusted German machine!

They seems like scammers- how do u end up booking a cruise just by looking at one itinerary- then u get a cancellation charge of 90% of your trial reservation?! Where do we live?!

Please kindly note that we do not charge any fees for researching and looking at cruise itineraries. Everyone is more than welcome on our website and these services are completely free of charge. You can even contact us for questions or wishes, we do not charge anything for that as well.
In case you have found a voyage that suits your wishes, you have the opportunity to request an *optional booking* (= a reservation) that is completely free of charge for a few days until once you confirm the booking (= change it to a fixed booking). In case the reservation is not being confirmed, we will take care of cancelling the optional booking completely free of charge.
You also have the opportunity to request a *fixed booking* immediately. Please note that this was the request type that you have chosen. This means that you have made a binding booking and agreed to a contract for which you also accepted the terms and conditions by seascanner.com and the cruise line - including all terms for cancellations.
Unfortunately, cancellations of fixed bookings are in most cases not free of charge. The cancellation fees depend on the days left until departure and slowly rise the closer you get to the departure date.
We hope that these explanations will shed some light on the situation. Please feel free to contact us in case there are any more questions or wishes left.

All the documents are in German
No issues finding and booking our cruise, so that’s good. But all the communication I receive is in German, which is annoying as I’m not German. So now I’m having to run all the documents through Google Translate, which of course, is not ideal.

We are impressed by the accuracy of the Seascanner staff. Always friendly and a quick responses on questions. This is our 4th cruise booked with them. Already made 36 cruises sofar!! Also their website is the best I know, very transparant and informing (position of the ship, cruises before and after and locations of the cabins you can choose). Prices are competitive.

Seascanner the real deal.
Was a little sceptical about using an o/s booking service but I cannot complain about any of the processes involved. Always contacted with updates, translation from German no issue, and the best thing, being able to book a berth that was not available in Aus.

Amazing service during a difficult time
I recently went through a difficult situation which required additional help and changes - last minute ones at that. The service I received between Seascanner and MSC was outstanding. I had to deal with other companies and the difference in service was night and day. Cannot explain how impressed and thankful I am.
Special mention to Jess who facilitated all the changes - she was so efficient, friendly and very, very kind. I cannot recommend this company enough - and MSC if you want to book a cruise.
