Lack of communication from Seascanner
My husband tried to book via Seascanner for a Cunard trip July 23 leaving UK to Hamburg. The booking reference number was #2H6LVQ giving us three options which were time constrained. We timeously emailed Seascanner with a query - which was not responded to. We sent several follow-up emails requesting a reply. By the cut-off period i.e. 17H00 today July 4th - we still have not received a reply to our query.

Cheated a lot
They Charged then cancelled , 3 days later the price more expensive then booking day 500 euro .

There might have been a few misunderstandings which we are more than happy to clear up:
Please note that all optional bookings are reservations of
your chosen stateroom/category on the respective voyage and at the daily price at the time of the reservation, usually the reservations is for 2-3 days. After this time and without any confirmation from you, the reservation will be cancelled free of charge.
In case you would like to book the cruise you have chosen, you can either confirm the reservation in order to make it a fixed booking or directly choose the fixed booking instead of a reservation within the booking process. Once the booking is confirmed, the terms and conditions of the cruise line apply (including cancellation fees, payment rules).
Payments are only charged when it's a fixed booking, no payments are previously charged.
Once a reservation has been cancelled, of course the cruise can be reserved again (optional booking) at the current daily price (which might be higher/lower than the days before).
