Excellent service
Seascanner was very easy to use and always by prompt replies by email. Since the cruise's websute was in German, Seescanner made it easy to book as it showed where to choose and click on the German website

Very courteous and patient staff
Very courteous and patient staff. Resolved successfully two independent Transatlantic bookings on Queen Mary 2. Where two separate optional booking deadlines had to be confirmed before either one could be booked by me. A bit stressful with different staff dealing with coordinating bookings, but this is understandable with a twenty four seven service.

We are very happy with the booking process. Quick response and great help. Laura-Rabea Schultze was very helpful, so pleased with her.
We have booked with them before and that was a bit challenging because a new/different person replied to our email every time we sent a question. They have improved, will definitely book with them again.
