Seascanner provide comprehensive service, not only in terms of booking but also through customer service. The staff at Seascanner promptly reply to emails and followup with solutions. Booking options include add-ons such as flights and parking options. So, it's one stop shopping. As for customer service, so far I'm pleased to report that Seascanner assisted with a technical problem I had with making a payment. I highly recommend Seascanner to anyone seeking a dedicated cruise specialist travel agency. As Seascanner book with German subsidiaries, I appreciated the option of communicating in English with Seascanner representatives. Moreover, I appreciate the conscientious efforts of the staff.

Another positive experience with Seascanner.com. We have used seascanner for four cruise bookings to date. The platform is easy to use with transparent pricing and the ability to put down an option on many cruises before a firm commitment is made.

Amazingly great! thanks to all that helped ,and still are with our first online cruise booking.
The moment I send an email they reply very quickly and helped me out in many things even with some text that was in German and I could not understand .

PIt is incomprehensible that in 2022 a website presents itself in the English language and seams to be legitimate and the name riding on the coattails of Skyscanner,
Cannot provide a link or a proper reservation channel in English.
It’s link with msc cruises is also only in German. The constant usage of google translate, which needed two computers, was in itself a pain.The only reasonable explanation that could justify this, is that seascanner probably only has the right to sell its cruises in Germany. Otherwise any legitimate company would pass me on to English speaking site, even without getting credit for the sail.
This is 2022, and shame on them for pretending to be a global site. Market in German to Germany only
