Worst experience ever with a travel agency. They don't send a confirmation of your booking, their customer support is unreachable and their strategy is to let you wait so long that you eventually give up on any changes /claims or refunds they owe you. My flight was cancelled, a refund was send from the airline company to Seat24 but they refuse to send the refund through to me. Terrible company.

Our flights were cancelled by the airline. I called seat24 customer service. They said they'll send our money back in March. Since then they have sent me emails to just wait because they have a lot of contacts atm and my case is still in the queue. Yesterday, 3 months later, I got an email that they do not do refunds due to new policy.
Absolutely disgusting behavior. How can this kind of business be allowed to operate inside EU.

I bought a ticket week ago and still haven't received a single confirmation email from them. I have called six times and every time they say "your ticket is in processing". The money has left my account and I am not able to do anything. Bunch of Indian scammers

Worst travel agent EVER, do NOT book with them. They ruined our whole holiday, they cancelled the 4th flight of our trip without to telling us and did not help us to rebook a new flight even if they by law have to do it. Their customer service is so bad so it’s not even an idea to call them. They can’t help with anything and if they do they just ruin it even more and have no idea what they talking about. DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM!!!!!! (I travel a lot but have never in my whole life been treated this badly)

Definitely not recommended! Very very bad customer support.

Even though the actual airline says I can cancel the first flight of a return trip, these guys say they do not do it! So if you do not fly the first flight, both tickets are cancelled!
They work with a 3rd party overseas customer support, which at the same time seem to have only bad tempered customer service people.

Order flight-tickets approx 10 times per year both private and in work. This time I ordered tickets for my parents. Double-checked everything together with my mom when we ordered. Mr and Mrs part was right, but the same name appeared on both Mr and Mrs. Approximately 20 calls and e-mails with Seat24 and other participant airlines and not any progress. This will not be solved. System-error or misclick? Nobody can tell... Nevertheless.

They just wont help you and blame it on the airline. Do yourself a favor, chose another online-booking agent. My tickets now cost 3 times as much thanks to seat24.

Do not recommend !!! Flight got delayed 2 extra hours without being informed , called the customer support , and they informed me that if i wish to make any changes into my next trip booking , charges can apply . Missing vacation with friends and family !

(This is an update a few months after my first rewiev, and I/we have still not received any respond from Seat24)

I should have checked Seat24 on TP before buying a ticket with this company.
Lots of stuff going wrong - missing, bla bla bla.
But
Only one thing will I waste my breath on:
The person that I bought a ticket to arrived in Manilla Int. Airport today and luckily very early.
A connection flight (Swiss Air) was canseled.
Ok, I called Seat24 to get some help.
It took a looooong time so while waiting I sent an e-mail (as they urge you to do when you are in line) and after long time I succeded to find an e-mail adress to send it to - it is NOT easy to find...
I got a fast response - autogenerated - telling me that I could expect response the latest in 4 (!!!) days from now.

Ok, at that time I had waited in line on the phone for 1 hour.

I called Swiss Air directly, and I was still in line to Seat24 with another phone - lucky that I have more phones.

To make it short: It took like 20 min to call, get a person in the other end, explain the problem and get it solved, including receiving a new ticket by e-mail - unfortunately not for today, but for tomorrow - ok, we can live with that, and we are happy that it is solved.

After that I stayed in line with Seat24 on the phone, but after a total waiting time of 1½ hour, I dropped the line.

Ok, one more thing: I payed for a service pack.
BUT
when I wanted to book seats on the flights, I could not do it, but had to ask Seat24 to do it - wich they gladly would, and I should "only" pay 1320,- dkk (equal appr. 200 US$ for a round trip with a total of 5 flights/seats)...

I usually dont pay any service packs, and I usually choose seat(s) online and with no fee exept if I choose one of the special seats - eg one with extra space for the legs.

This is not my first experience with buying from an agent like Seat24, and I conclude that it is better to buy a ticket with the airline companies directly.
I might be slow and stupid, but now I have learned it.

So never again, and in particular not with Seat24 !!!

Such a freaking scam company. Impossible to reach their customer support, a change that was easy and free of charge to do takes so much hassle and they charge you for it.Stay awayyyyy!!!

Supersaver runs multiple websites under its own name or under the name Seat24. My credit card has been charged without my authorization. I contacted them within two days to cancel all unauthorized transactions. They asked for booking number which I did not have since I am not the one who booked anything. They refused to search with my name and card details and said I should go to the police. BE AWARE. In my opinion, this is a FRAUDULENT COMPANY. I am available to provide evidence if you have any objection.
