It is a bit expensive to use the site to sell your ticket but it's handy for a quick sale.

Got my tickets online as noted on the website and printed them out for barcode scanning at the venue. The whole search, book and pay experience was very user friendly.

Purchased ticket's for Red Hot Chille peppers concert. Unfortunately unable to attend due to a family illness. I Purchased the insurance and have tried to make contact twice and have yet to receive a reply to the email I sent to the address on my receipt. Unsatisfactory customer support, guess since they already have my money for the tickets that's all they care about. Don't waste your money on the insurance, they wont reply.

Update 4 Sep still no reply for the insurance -- guess it is a scam

It could have been a better experience if only my ticket wasn't sold to a lot of people. Myself and other attendees (10 at least) were bounced back because we got the same e-ticket and we had to re buy a ticket on top of the stadium where the view is pretty much limited. I'm not putting all the blame to seatwave as the same tickets were sold in other websites as well, however, I would highly recommend to check the ticket number instead of letting everyone advertise the same tickets. At least I got a full refund of the tickets price plus all the fees paid on my first and last experience with this website.

I really am thankful for Seatwave because I was able to find tickets to a couple of shows that I thought were sold out. It was very easy and user friendly!

Robbie Williams Tickets. Bloody expensive through Seatwave compared to the face value on the ticket. Admin charge is a joke. But when you are ordering on the internet and the tickets are selling out within minutes of going online what can you do, they have you over a barrel and you have to pay the outrageous price if you want to go.

I bought excellent tickets at a reasonable price. My tickets arrived promptly. One area for improvement would be a bit more information as to where to go/what to do when to get there. We did not know, for example, that we were entitled to go to a special area closer to the stage until a quarter of the way into the gig when someone saw our wristbands.

I purchased a Justin Bieber e ticket and it was available instantly when I purchased it. The site overall is easy to use. Most sites show a price and by the time you get to the checkout they've added on ridiculous ammounts of hidden fee's. On this site the initial price you see is the price you pay!
