Never buy nothing on this website they gonna take your money and never give you the services. You will loose all the money you gave to them.
They are scammers and use fake account to give themself 5 stars.
NEVER USE THIS WEB SITE THEY ARE THIEVES

I put one star cause it’s impossible to put zero. Worst company I ever seen in my live. the customer service is poor, the agents are incompetent and have no concern for their customers. this company owes me money or a travel credit for several months now and it is impossible to get my money back. total scam never do business with them

Me and my spouse bought tickets at Secret Airfares in April 2020 right before Covid19. The flights were all cancelled. We waited for 1 year before we were allowed to request a refund. We contacted Secret Airfares and they asked us for another payment to process our case. We paid and they gave us a confirmation #. It's been 4 months and we still haven't been refunded. We have communicated several times by email and phone, they told us to be patient and that it was normal. We called the airline (Air Canada) and they told us that they had never had a refund request for these tickets. I'm wondering what to do because it looks like we got scammed. Beware.

we booked some tickets that they were offering with an airplane compagny and they changed us the airplane company
We contested as soon as we received the confirmation email
They apologized on the phone and said they ll fix it
After 2 days , they answered sorry , your tickets are non refundable
We were lucky to keep the emails sent to them since the beginning and to contest our transaction with the bank

never ever use this company they fool you. they did photoshop modification in order to fool and show me that I was using an american airlines flight and booked me on another airline. they hung up on me when I called them

They lie everytime we call them we have been asking them for a refund for a year now and no one will give us a right answer. They give us a lie everytime we call this company is a SCAM they should be ashamed of themselves horrible... I wouldn't even give them a star

We booked a trip for June of 2020 but due to COVID our trip was cancelled. We were guaranteed a credit to use in the future. When we called to book our trip and use the credit, they told us that we would have to buy new tickets and they would refund the money for the old tickets. We complained but they assured us that this was the only way. We agreed. This was back in April. It is now July and they have not only NOT refunded the money, they told us that there will be no refund. On June 16th I threatened to contact the better business bureau and received a phone call from them stating that they would refund our money. I have this on voicemail. When I called back, Carlos, the Operations Head assured us that we would receive our money back. On June 28th after we inquired, he wrote us an email back claiming that we would not receive our money back. What??? So I tried to call and of course he is "busy". At this point I am contacting the Better Business Bureau and filing a claim. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. THEY ARE A BIG SCAM. YOU WILL LOSE MONEY.

They are a bunch of crooks that care only for their self interests.

I had a situation where we had paid for tickets and asked for a FULL refund to which we were eligible to. They gave us only part of it. When you ask them where the rest of the money went, they play dumb and innocent and find excuses.

Do not trust these guys. I only told one story. There are dozens of other people who have done business with this company and lost money by paying more than they should, or simply having been given poor service.

This is the first time we used this sight. The scheduling was easy. There was an error made in the return flight but Carlos was very communicative and made the proper corrections. When it was all said and done, we are happy with the outcome.

Like I see in others reviews they advertise one price and as soon as you paid they call you back saying that there was a mistake and that the price is way more.

Oh! Great airline tickets prices BUT, of course there has to be a problem. At first, they are very friendly, they don't rush you to take your decision but let you know that you have 24 hours, and then the price won't be the same. So I bought 2 tickets in advance for my destination, Montreal to Las Vegas, and then came the covid-19. Recently I received a mail from Air Canada, saying I was eligible for a refund. COOL. Ha ! What a joke. You DON'T get a refund from Secret Airfares. You Never will. They keep asking for the ticket number (for a refund) which I never received and I keep telling them that I only received a reference number) and of course that's not enough for a refund. There is no help at all coming from them. So if you want to have a great flight, buy straight from the airline. NEVER will I buy from Secret Airfares again. NEVER.

This has been the worst experience ever buying airfare. They are quick to harrass you when you buy your ticket to complete the transaction, but when you actually call them to ask questions or resolve and issue they hang up on you. I have called 6 times and every single time they have hung up on me. Please save your money and stay away. I bought insurance for my flight and never received information on it either and they will just put you on hold and hang up. Considering that my family bought (20+) bought with them for a destination wedding, you would think they would take care you for future business.

A very bad expérience with this agency
I brought my tickets last year at 5190$ for 4 tickets but because of the pandemie they gave me a credit that i can use 2 years later but when i want to use this credit this summer a agent who called carlos propose me a cancellation because this year tickets are much more expencive and i have to to add 3000$ more so i payed 500$ annulation fees and i havé never received my refund yet there is one month right now and every time i call the agency and i ask for this carlos they tell me is not available or they cut the line so i dont advice against

I got a ticket today for 350.00 I received ad email 2 hours later saying that the flight had DOUBLED and was I actually ok with that. The answer obviously was NO. This company is a TOTAL SCAM DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

COVID Expérience, I called Air Canada, they told me that there was no reason for the agency to withhold money, and that Air Canada is already paying the commissions for the agencies, I just ask for an explanation from Nick and Carlos, no response to emails, very nice job gentlemen!!!

I had paid $ 1054.59 for each ticket while we only received $ 964.61 for refund, there is also $ 718.13 that was not refunded so a total of $ 1078.05 no refunded, why?

Fraudulous agency.Stay away from them.u will have your money as hostage.they dont refund. Dont buy from them.they are thieves. They charge me 1000 dollar on 3800$ ticket.

Please stay clear from this agency, its a dubious one, they publish one rate and then charge another, please also verify your credit card statement.
Purchased a ticket for 895$ as per the website and got charged 953$, then when we called back for the covid refund, they kept saying it is in process and the amount is only 441$, which is the same as what the airline has on record, when contacting the call center and chat they said its non refundable service fee. So one basically looses there money here and even after six months no refund has come.
