Last week I open the ticket for faulty product issue .uploaded evidences, then ur team.member replied 2 days later that can u explain the issue? Are u serious? Clearly team.member even didnot bother to read the email with proof we already shared so why u want customers to chase you up?after they juss ignored the emails..
Item.is faulty, share the proof then asking us to pay return shipping charges is insane.thats the simple thing we keep asking from last week.such a pathetic customer service .hopefully you ppl will sort that out.thnx

Quite possibly one of the worst…
Quite possibly one of the worst companies I’ve dealt with. Having bought two pairs of Nike 270’s. One pair yellowed on the back plastic within 8 weeks. They said they would contact the seller and be in touch. They’re now completely ignoring all of my emails.

Disappointed
I am writing to express my disappointment with the delay in my order. When I placed the order, the estimated delivery date was Saturday, 12/09, but it is now Monday, 14/09, and my order is still showing as processing.
I have not received the order, nor have I received any updates confirming whether it has been shipped. This was a birthday present, and unfortunately, the birthday has now passed without the gift arriving.
I am extremely disappointed with the misleading delivery date provided at the time of purchase. I relied on that date when placing my order, and the delay has caused significant inconvenience and disappointment.

As I'm sure you're aware, Secret Sales is an online marketplace. If you order multiple items they can potentially be from different sellers, I can confirm in this case your order was shipped from three different sellers.
It appears the incorrect return labels were used for your items, and so this meant your return for Order # M005495832-c-A wasn't received by the correct seller, and therefore could not be refunded.

Order M005553014 Returns process disappointing.
I’ve placed several orders with Secret Sales recently and, on the positive side, I’ve been really impressed with the delivery speed and the value for money. Everything arrived quickly and the products themselves were great, so no complaints there.
However, I’ve had a disappointing experience with returns. If you need to return items from different suppliers under the same order number, Secret Sales requires you to request a voucher so you only pay one return fee. In theory that’s fine, but in practice it hasn’t worked for me. I’ve contacted their live chat twice and both times was told a voucher would be emailed to me — but nothing ever arrived. Yes, I checked my junk folder.
Because of this, I’m now more hesitant about ordering from them again. The shopping and delivery side is excellent, but the returns process really needs improvement.
