Honestly thought it was a scam but took the risk as found the trainers of my dreams which I could not find anywhere else. Expected a wait/wrong product/them never to come. Was completely wrong, the trainers arrived super quickly (DPD) and are perfect. Really happy with purchase and have already recommended to people in real life.

Worse customer service ever/Scam
Worse customer service ever, ordering from them is like gambling with your money. I ordered 2 perfumes on 29th August 2026, Hugo for her and Billie Eillish, up until now 12th September, 2026 I haven’t received the perfumes. I’ve reached out to their customer service for a refund and no one is responding. Don’t know it’s looking like a scam to me now. Do not order from them.

WARNING Nike air max 95 big bubble pink foam 100% fake
Warning, warning: be very cautious when buying from this company. I received the trainers I ordered, and I simply can't believe they are fake Nike Air Max 95s with a big bubble pink foam. Upon inspecting the item, it is clear they are 100% fake. Not old-stock fakes. I have been buying and selling Nike trainers for over 25 years, so I know my stuff. They sent me cheap fakes from China. I knew as soon as I opened the box: cheap plastic, air bubbles, and the colour was off to a real pair and smells terrible of glue. Nike don't make products like that — just terrible. I would definitely not recommend purchasing anything from their website. Please, please be very careful. I sent the trainers back. I have reported your company to Trading Standards for selling counterfeits and may I remind you aware it's against the law to sell counterfeit items within the UK under the Trade Marks Act 1994.

I ordered a Katie spade handbag on the 10th August and on the 13th I received a silver Katie spade purse. The ladies invoice /address and phone number were in the parcel and no black bag.
I contacted secret sales on chat and waited 45 minutes as no phone number to contact them. I returned the purse the next day. Checked tracking and they received it on the 17th. Contacted them via chat few times which again took over 45 minutes each time to be connected.very unhelpful and no refund. Raised a ticket which took two to three days for someone to get back to me each time I sent an email. Numerous emails sent with photos of the purse, GDPR concerns, receipt from the post office and tracking proof to show it had arrived back to them. No refund. This went on few weeks. I contacted the bank and got a refund after waiting three half weeks. I was then offered 15% off on my next order for my inconvenience. Why would I buy anything from this company again. Stressful few weeks..

Ordered jacket, brand, model, colour and size. They sent a cheaper model, different colour, and the wrong size. I’m instructed to return to an entirely different company, not even sure if I’ll get my money back at this point. What a rip off!!!

Garbage customer service, they cancelled part of my order and I requested they just cancel it all but still dispatched my part order despite sending 2 emails to cancel.
Now it will cost me £4 to send back.
