Great company, exceptional service and support, all taken care of very quickly, would definitely use again!

Absolutely first rate after-sales customer service. I had a warranty failure, and the way it was dealt with was excellent - their communication all the way through was faultless, and they swiftly arranged a swap. They even phoned me when the replacement was going to be delayed by 24 hours to let me know, and to check whether the following day would be a problem, or if I needed to change where the swap was going to be done. Can't praise them highly enough - and the prices I had paid were also extremely competitive. I will return to this shop without hesitation.

Just contacted security warehouse to chase an order I placed on 11th December to be told it hasn't even been posted ,this review was done on 18th December this is a company who say orders are posted within 1-3 days ,I cancelled the order .

Good company to order from I don't think so

Bought a system which was customised and delivered as promised. I then managed to forgot the password which caused various issues, but I received very prompt and helpful directions (and a lot of patience)throughout the process of sorting out the problem.

Based on the reviews here, I was a little nervous when placing my order however, as their price on an alarm keypad was the cheapest around, I thought I'd give them a go.

Unfortunately, as this was my first order with them, I couldn't have a different delivery address to the billing address which is what I had done when placing the order. Within an hour of ordering, I was informed of the issue via emqil. Having used their live chat, the issue was resolved within a few minutes and was back on track.

The update system on their site was informative throughout with order updates.
I selected a 1 hour time slot delivery. Item arrived within 2 days of placing my order.
Please with the item, pleased with the service. What more can I ask for.

Asked what sounders they had in stock for via the chat and hit the wall of ask on the forum !! So you can not ask about any thing they sell you have to ask the forum. So will take the custom to another company.

Good prices, fast delivery. However when it came to the situation I needed some technical advice about the purchased product then I hit the wall! When I called their number and choose technical support I had been told by machine to go to the website. So I did. I wrote short description in enquiries and next day I had the answer that if I need any technical advice I should contact product manufacturer. Guess if the manufacturer's number was in the message or I had to look for it myself....
Not a total fail but with little effort they could do much better...

Have found Security Warehouse to be very helpful, getting in special order items, combining orders etc.
I would have no problem recommending them to others

Have used SecurityWarehouse about 4 times now and had a small niggle with one of the other orders in the past but most recent order was waiting a few days then told items were out of stock and had to order a different kit my customer was not happy as I had to put job back, but I know these things can happen.

Good prices, never had any issues and have done 15+ orders for a fair quantity of parts.

Their sites a bit dated but who cares they have a good range at good prices.

Was sceptical after reading the reviews here and that was after I had ordered.

However ordered on Thursday and the order arrived the following Tuesday. Yes 3 of the items were out of stock but they emailed me in time meaning I had enough time to order from elsewhere. Happy to recommend. To top it off the refund was done quickly.

Do not trust advertised price..

This company advertised one price, took payment then said that the price had escalated and they had run out of stock so they cancelled the order. They did apologise, but I am left late on the order. They did refund me (they had no choice!). Note part 13 of their T&C.

I've had other products from the company which made false claims of specifications or capabilities so do your homework first before ordering and don't assume you will get the item for the advertised price.

Very slow service - took forever for the order to arrive. The customer service representative may as well be a bot with a pre-programmed response - just keeps repeating the line from the website that orders are normally dispatched within 5 days.

I normally order from Alert Electrical and would highly recommend them instead.

I purchased a faulty Texecom elite panel in Feb 2014 from this seller and could never make contact with them over a 3 week period to resolve this issue. I ended up buying another panel at full cost . No answer from tel or email and their supposed forum was closed.
Texecom eventually recompensed me after showing them the receipts and paperwork.
