Straightforward process, with no surprises and easy to share/upload information. My case officer Rebecca kept things running smoothly and expedited all references, she kept me informed at each stage and would phone me to flag updates before emails hit my inbox, both flexible and accommodating when changes were required.

The process gave you prior warning of what info you needed which was helpful. It didn't accept a code I was given to use, I had to re-set it, it was easy and quick to do, no hold ups really. The website crashed at one point due to too many participants, thankfully it saved all my data entered, not too much of a problem. I've never used it before didn't find it too difficult. The e-mails recieved to complete the documents were very informative.
