A positive experience
Being the technophobe that I am, I was nonetheless impressed by the ease and user-friendly nature of the online process. I was also impressed by the staff I spoke with when I called Security Watchdog or when they contacted me...friendly, professional and efficient.

Simple, straightforward process with agents available should you run into any issues. I had a few questions relating to my in progress screening to ensure I was doing the right thing and these were soon cleared up with a quick call.
