Horrible non-responsive service
Horrible non-responsive service. Cost my business thousands in missed calls. Beware there is a 30 day cancelation period so they can get one last payment out of you.

I only gave 1 star because I couldn't give zero stars.
SO, after they asked me to call them (this would be the 5th or 6th time) because they "would like the opportunity to resolve this issue immediately", I called them back and since no one was available to help me at that time, they scheduled a call with me this morning at 9am to "resolve" the over-billing. It's now 4:15pm, and no call. Damn, I wish negative stars were available for a rating...

Can't tell time or train their people
Can't tell time. We hired this company to answer our inbound calls when we couldn't. We gave them a calendar to book appointments on and a tutorial on how to use the calendar. We have set appt times of 10,1,4 and 7... and the appointment slots are labeled as such. We've had issues with them telling people the wrong times. We've tried to work with them on "retrains" as they call them over the course of a few months. Every time, they promised it would get better. And they say they've had everyone review the materials and process and it looks fine to them. Recently they did the same on 4 out of the last 5 calls. Their solution - retrain again (at least 4th or 5th time) , offer a "minor" credit, then retreat to hiding behind agreements that apparently allow them to be incompetent. This isn't even about the $ we paid to Securus. It's about the experience they are giving our customers.

Perfect Compliment to the Restoration Industry
We have owned our restoration business for 15 years. Over that time, we have hired multiple answering service companies that always disappointed us. Lack of understanding, common sense and the ability to follow direction has always been an issue. That was until we hired Securus Contact Systems. Securus understands our industry and has always performed professionally and at the highest level. We are very happy with their service and would not even consider changing to another service, though I get solicitations to do so on a weekly basis.

Wow. Great customer service.
Wow, still more impressed with this company Secureus.
Just got off phone with Abby. She was able to bump me up to 100 minutes from 50 minute plan. I received an email from Secureus letting me know I had used 80% of my minutes for my billing cycle. Since I'm only 2 weeks into cycle, I knew I needed more minutes. I called and spoke to a rep who said he could not as company policy would not let me change plan this late in billing cycle. I said I wanted to talk to a manager. 45 minutes later Abby called. She told me since i was a long time customer that she would make an exception this month and change my plan to 100 minutes. This tells me loud and clear this company wants to keep me as a long term customer and I think it goes over and above what I should expect. Hats off to Secureus. 5 Stars to you for outstanding customer service on many different levels!
