The loss adjuster sedgwick have communicated well in the face of incompetent subcontractors. We do not know who appointed the subcontractors, they were abysmal. If it was sedgwick who appointed the contractors then they need to start looking for more professional people. The subcontractors that were involved were Ellipta and GEO Builds Ltd.

Total lack of replies to emails and no updates whatsoever to the current stand of my "claim"
I was contacted on April 1 about a recall of a kettle I purchased which implied I was to receive a refund of the purchase price after I registered the "claim"on a designated website,at first no confirmation of the registration then after a second attempt and a phonecall to the recall hotline I received an email asking me to resend the photos etc.to a desiiemail address.Thereafter nothing, no replies to my email enquiries it's now four weeks since the initial contact and no further response as to how the process will continue.
It's a shame for the kettle manufacturer Zwilling whose reputation is suffering an onslaught through no fault of their own other than choosing the apparently wrong company to regulate the recall.
Very disappointing to put it mildly.

Our experience dates back to Nov 24 when we had a minor leak in the loft. For whatever reasons nothing much happened until September 25 when Amin Rahman became involved. He made things happen when nothing was happening. Thanks to him the the work is now complete. Thanks again Amin for all that you've done John and Marcia

Absolutely appalling service - been waiting 2 years for them to get around to sorting my subsidence issue. They are absolutely awful - they left my 90 year old sick father stuck a room, bedbound & freezing cold for the last 18 months and they refuse to sort my issues. Windows not opening, doors not locking - kids getting health issue due to the state of the property.

The flood my wife and I suffered at home was a very distressing experience. The Sedgwick team were always helpful, efficient and supportive throughout the quite lengthy process of getting our home "back to normal". Every part of our claim was met promptly and in full. We could not ask for more.

Linda and Kieran at pcsplymouthdarwin/Sedgwick handled our very long ( over 18 months) and difficult claim with smooth professionalism and sensitivity throughout. The unfortunate appointment by the Surveyors of the first contractors delayed the claim but the replacement contract team were extremely efficient and eventually completed the work satisfactorily. Thanks to Linda and Kieran who kept us constantly updated and made the situation far more tolerable.

Extremely disappointed with @Monzo and Sedgwick insurance. Made to wait 17 days for a video claim validation with no loan phone offered, only to be told after the call that I now have to mail the phone away for inspection. Unacceptable delays and zero support for customers who need their devices for daily life.
