Not only is Seelbach’s constantly releasing bangers with stellar barrel picks, their customer service is phenomenal because they go above and beyond expectations. I recently had an order, for a bottle that sold out very quickly, that was damaged during the shipping process (it happens, but disappointing nonetheless) and the customer support team really managed to come through for me and find a replacement. This kind of customer service deserves recognition and they have my highest praise as a continued loyal customer. Even if it potentially hurts my chances at acquiring new, rare releases, I will continue to recommend Seelbach’s to everyone I know.

Don't do it! This stuff is total crap. Most of the stuff Blake sells is crap, and marked up. They've also sent me the wrong bottles multiple times, and Blake and the team don't know a thing about customer service. Keep your money!

These guys are one of, if not the, top company for online liquor sales. They fulfill orders quicker than anyone and offer fair shipping and shipping protection. My last order was quickly processed, packed, shipped, and received within 5 days! Hope they can continue to expand their product offerings/availability.

The service received from Seelbachs is unlike so many others that I felt I had to review. They are super responsive on email and we're able to quickly handle any questions I had. They treat customers with care and respect and really take care of them. I'm happy to be a pro member (as are many of my friends) as well as I have ordered from them several times with amazing results. Don't hesitate to work with this company as I wouldn't be posting if I didn't feel so confident!

Seelbach's is best in class for connecting craft distilleries to the masses. They are growing and sometimes have issues with shipping times and missing items but their customer support is the best I have ever experienced. They respond in minutes and correct issues immediately with no extra work around. If you are getting into bourbon please give Seelbachs a shot. Their store picks always are delicious. Just be ready to spend some $, I keep going back to order more every week :)

Seelbachs is my go to online store for craft spirits and barrel picks. Their shipping is reliable and their customer service is usually pretty quick to respond. I’ve ordered dozens of bottles from them and luckily haven’t had any breakage or damaged products.

Seelbach’s is one of the best, if not the best, online retailer of spirits! They have made many bottles possible for me in the bourbon, rye and tequila world that I would never see without them and I have 100% trust in what they’re doing. Never failed me yet. Cheers!!

Made an incorrect purchase based on quantity. The seelbachs team quickly responded and very friendly in doing so on a mistake that was my fault. I wish all customer service was as easy as their team to work with!

My first purchasing experience was an A+ First of all they have bottles on their site that are not sold in my state. After I placed my 2 bottle order, not only did I get an order confirmation but I then received a personal email from their sales rep Blake thanking me for my business. I placed my order late Friday and my bottles were delivered by Wednesday. This establishment is doing it right. They take customer service very seriously and respond to all email inquiries immediately. I will be using them again when the need arises and I highly recommend them for hard to get whisky bottles that are very reasonable in price.

All the different selections they have is mind blowing. Anyone who considers themself a fan of small local distilleries will be happy as hell.

Still astonished by Seelbach’s and their amazing service and offerings. I had a situation where I wanted to order a bottle but was afraid I’d miss the UPS delivery. The team got it out the door ASAP and it arrived faster than I could have hoped.

I have ordered with Seelbach’s multiple times and always have a good experience. They offer great bottles, for good prices. Customer service goes above and beyond. They made an inventory mistake on a bottle I ordered and were quick to own that mistake and help me find another bottle, which is all I can ask for. Mistakes happen and they handle them gracefully.

Great selections, great value and even better customer service. I have made several orders through Seelbach’s and have always been pleased. I had a minor leak from one of the bottles and they went out of their way to make it right.

I have placed (and received) multiple bottle orders over the last six months. All the bottles arrived quickly and safely. Blake and team have responded to every email from me and take the time to understand my questions and answer them thoroughly.

I also joined the monthly membership and the bourbonr club, when a slot finally opened. I have received a bourbon or rye each month as part of the membership and have been impressed with the quality of the bottles.

The customer service has been outstanding, the selection is updated in seemingly real-time, and the prices are very reasonable.

Blake and the team are doing a phenomenal job of curating some eclectic bourbon, rye, whiskey, tequila and other spirits collection. Prices are always reasonable and very commonly at the MSRP. Becoming a pro member has had its benefits. Getting to buy highly sought after spirits a day ahead can’t be beat. Shipping is fast and reliable. Packaging is perfect. Always. I find their weekly review very helpful. Their ratings and ways by which they do and how you get to know your own taste through their reviews is one of a kind and for me has been quite accurate.

I usually add some cons or areas for improvement in my reviews. I am struggling to come up with one. But I will try- I have a wish for Seelbach’s to stay eclectic and contained. It has all the right ingredients to become very big and I hope it can stay great while it does that. I know it will.

Instead we n this website you can find a mix of micro and craft distilled spirits (primarily bourbon), that will make any spirit nerds, heart desires to check the next page. While others are out hunting an allocated bottle of this or that, you are getting it's future predecessor, it competition, and it's potential cousin or half brother.

Unlike Liquor sites, you find distillers here, who are passionate about their craft, their ingredients, and their time honored traditions in creating a memory, and moment in an individual or individuals live(s), that is accented or brought together by their final product.

That's the product the website is filled with quick responsive representatives and managers that want you to enjoy the product, so you can find that experience as they have. A website that isn't about marking up the product to take in the money, but instead wants to sell as close to MSRP as possible to bring you into their experience and collective...even into their bourbon bunch. This allows you to feel loved and appreciated the word of fine quality distilled spirits, crafted by people who love the, and sold by those that enjoy it with you.
