The process of application seem to take awhile. I’m sure it’s the same for all companies though. The biggest frustration for me, was the website that is supposed to advise of progress was not adequately or correctly updated. At one point, there was a car allocated to me and then it didn’t arrive. I was told it was mistake. And the car that should’ve taken 8 to 12 weeks to arrive took about eight weeks longer. I’m pretty sure on the website is still says I’m expecting delivery

I've had 3 cars from Select Car Leasing and the customer service is very good.

The only weakness in the process was the delivery,.the drivers gave me no advice, but had already linked their phones into the display.
