Terrible customer service no contact and waiting a month for tablets. Total scam

The website would not allow me to create an account so I phoned. Very helpful lady, but I'm glad I did phone. After processing the order and taking payment, she told me that delivery would be within 28 days, adding that it is usually within the first week. The website states 5-7 days. I cancelled the order and she very politely refunded me straight away but without a hint of apology or disappointment. Obviously can't comment on the quality of the product.

Their training manager Michelle Gilbert, husband and a neighbour helped mastermind a scam on Kickstarter from which they stole over 52k usd from backers across the globe for a product called sleepie. Personally if that unresponsive witch is training staff I wouldn’t trust them with a hamster let alone pharma.

Ordered on the 7th of January, eventually received on the 23rd. I have no idea where they are shipping from but they after emailing them advised that delivery could take 28 days! Will not be ordering from them again.

The customer service is absolutely appalling but consistent as all the staff are well drilled to talk rubbish and lies just come so easy be very wary buying from these people as they change suppliers for inferior products but charge the same price

Appalling service including customer service rep I got on phone, arrogant and not in the least interested in considering my issue.

Second order for same product which has gone missing, real shame because I won't order from this company again now. Good point to mention was that a refund was offered for both orders without quibbling after waiting >4 weeks for delivery. Wish they would remove items they can't supply from their website or have a shipment tracking option after purchase.

I would like to give no stars as after almost 3 weeks I have not recieved it .

I've now ordered twice from this company once in February and again in May neither orders were received they're quick to take payment and that's where it ends

Bought 14 days ago. Non receipt to date. Spoke to employee to check order status. Sent 2 weeks ago can take up to 28 days in present crisis......

Never arrived. Had to get a refund via PayPal

I've used this company and also Healthspan for years. Both are based in St Peter Port Guernsey but the delivery time for Select Healthy is always a lot longer for some reason or other. Currently I am still waiting two orders, one dates back to 18th April!
While I appreciate these are difficult times Heathspan still delivers within a week at most, so what is going on here?

I ordered tablets on 4th May and im still awaiting for my Echinacea tablets to arrive. In my account it does say processed and they have taken money out of my account but haven't received anything. Very very disappointed because i ordered two bottles one for my elderly parents. I tried calling the number but it was invalid..

Product not delivered. They would not answer my emails. I took it up with PayPal and SH paid back next day. I won't be ordering from this company again. Awful customer service.

I’ve ordered milk thistle tablets on the 7/5/2020 and it’s now the 19th. Tried emailing them numerous times but won’t go through. So I’ve payed for something that I’ve not received 👎👎. SCAMMERS !!!!

GREAT company!
AMAZING products, cheaper than you'll find anywhere else on the market both online & in shops, especially considering the dosage which is a lot higher than similar products!
INCREDIBLE customer service especially from Caroline Brown who even in these unprecedented times which has resulted in huge delays in deliveries (which is not the company's fault & I think it's very unfair that other people have marked them as 1 star as they can't control transportation or postal services which are all very stretched at the moment). Caroline kept in contact with me throughout the whole process as previously I've received my order within days. I have just received my order today having ordered 25 days ago which I’ll admit is a lot longer than normal, as normally I can assure you they are a legit & honest company & orders always arrive within days. Caroline very kindly refunded the full amount & said to keep these tablets with their compliments as I'll admit I was panicking but your orders will arrive & the products you receive are in my opinion having tried several others including Boots, Holland & Barrett, Superdrug, Tesco, Waitrose, Sainsbury, Just Vitamins, My Protein, Dolphin Fitness & Piping Rock Health but Select Healthy are the best on the market by a long way, please ignore the bad reviews, you won’t be disappointed with the quality & I will 100% be ordering again from them in the future.

Very poor service , ordered over 2 months ago & still no delivery slot , wouldnt recomend this company if you need goods within the year .

received email to rate on 1st May but by 10th of May my order has still not been delivered - appalling service
