Order took half an hour to complete …

Order took half an hour to complete online!! I order online all the time and never had such trouble before.
Day after I placed the order, I was sent an email for 3 for 2. Not very happy to receive this after placing a full price order and having to pay postage on an order of around £30.00

Order taken and charged for and is out of stock and no more expected and no refund made

My order was taken on 12.10.17 for selennium tablets and payment taken from my paypal account on the same day and an email confirming the order arrived the following day. It is now 25.10.17 and no selennium had arrived so I phoned them. I was told they were out of stock when the product order went through, no further stock was expected and payment would not have been taken and an email should have been sent to me to inform me of this immediately after I had ordered and that I would be emailed back to confirm this. No emails have arrived, payment was definitely taken on 12.10.17 for a product I have still not received. I have reported this to the company through paypal as well.

Sent me what I ordered

Sent me what I ordered. Kept me informed of order processing. Got back quickly to my enquiry when package delayed in Royal Mail. Only criticism is that I get bombarded with unwanted sales emails, which I now auto-direct into my junk mail.

Goods are good, but...

Products are first choice at a fair price-quality ratio BUT...
...shipping process should be seriously improved: slow shipment, poor progress communication, low than average traceability.
