Nickie was very helpful as in connecting me to Kristie, my writer. It was my first experience wih Select Resumes so I was a bit nervous but Nickie was very patience with me. I had been out of the work force for years and had no resume to work with. Mel was able to write me an excellent resume and cover letter that included my skills from my life experience as well as work skills. I highly recommend Select resumes.

The resume was well written but it had many errors throughout. For example, the word “lawyers” was spelt wrong and my mobile number was incorrect on the resume.
The cover letter was pretty good but needed some fixing.

The service has been nothing less than exceptional. The service was delivered on time and communication was very professional. Tony was my writer and he made sure everything was noted down with utmost sincerity and honesty. I have applied for the particular role and now awaiting their response.
