I can't express how grateful I am to the entire Selkie team, especially Alexis ❤️

I originally pre-ordered The Ivory Lovespell Dress, but due to shipping times, I was really worried it wouldn't arrive in time for my wedding. I reached out to customer support, and they were incredibly kind, patient, and understanding from the very first message.

Alexis went above and beyond to help me. She helped me cancel my pre-order and switch to The Ivory Pirate's Captive, which was in stock, and even asked the fulfillment team to prioritize my shipment. She made me feel heard and supported during a very stressful time.

Everything was handled professionally, with so much warmth and care. Selkie didn't just sell me a dress — they gave me peace of mind before my wedding day. I will definitely be shopping here again and recommending Selkie to all my friends.

I want to acknowledge the absolutely incredible service of the Selkie team! Summer and Anna from customer support in particular! I reached out with a far fetched request asking if by some miracle they had a dress from an old collection that was no longer on the website available somehow as I had fallen in love with it and been looking at it for months and now that I’m planning a wedding I finally had the excuse to purchase. They were so attentive and helpful and immediately jumped into action looking into the request and made it happen for me! I am so grateful and excited to get to have the dress I thought had passed me by! However regardless of the outcome their kindness and attentiveness from the get go was fantastic and they offered suggestions and solutions every step of the way. Thank you for such great service!

Wow! What an amazing company--I wish I'd found them sooner. The product quality is unbelievable, designs are unique and beautiful, the range of sizing is fantastic, and customer service is fast and efficient (I ordered the wrong size, realized it, and they quickly updated my order before shipping so I didn't have to wait). But the thing that got me to make my first purchase was their choice in models--they are gorgeous but are not the typical magazine look. They look like your friends, some are tiny, some are larger, some use a wheelchair...it's so refreshing and unusual that I actually CRIED when I watched their latest runway show. Thank you, Selkie, for being so very good.

Summer helped me with a return

I've had only pleasant experiences with Selkie's customer service!! I ordered two dresses on March 31. I received the In-stock one on April 10th. The other one was a Pre-order, set to ship out after April 27th, but I actually received it April 20th! I went to return the first dress (I was within 15 days of delivery) and the website said I had passed the return deadline. I reached out to Selkie's customer support and received a message literally 1 minute later and then the issue was resolved in the next 45 minutes! I was able to return my dress, as needed.

As for the dresses, they are STUNNING. I ordered the Waltz dress and the Woodland dress and both were gorgeous. The material of both is a soft, super light cotton that flows beautifully as you move. I returned the Woodland dress because I was deciding between the two for my wedding dress: the Waltz won! Only thing I would change is adding a corset to both of the dresses.

I purchased the Penelope dress last year, and had a question about it recently. The dress itself is beautiful - well crafted and luxe materials that are easy care. Shout out to Summer for the prompt response. My whole experience with Selkie has been stellar and I will definitely be a repeat customer.
