The worst, most aggressive encounterment I had ever received. This company will not produce any form receipts, information for notice of dispoal. He is passive aggressive and uses emotional blackmail.

We had sold our family car for an engine to this man for $1k as he had expected us to deal with such matter according on his demand.The worst part is, he is physically and verbally abusive to his clients as well ashad changed the price upon arrival of the towing truck, he is determined that providing his details is no longer our responsibility because he gave us our license plate without confirming his details.
I will be placing a complaint to fair trading as well as police report has been filed.
I would like you to place your ACN number for our own protection that is the purpose of seeking your details and it saddens me that it has to go through Google review just to justify our needs as a client.
